The ancient Egyptian calendar – a civil calendar – was a solar calendar with a 365-day year. The year consisted of three seasons of 120 days each, plus an intercalary month of five epagomenal days treated as outside of the year proper. Each season was divided into four months of 30 days. These twelve months were initially numbered within each season but came to also be known by the names of their principal festivals. Each month was divided into three 10-day periods known as decans or decades. It has been suggested that during the Nineteenth Dynasty and the Twentieth Dynasty the last two days of each decan were usually treated as a kind of weekend for the royal craftsmen, with royal artisans free from work.

Because this calendrical year was nearly a quarter of a day shorter than the solar year, the Egyptian calendar lost about one day every four years relative to the Gregorian calendar. It is therefore sometimes referred to as the wandering year (Latin: annus vagus), as its months rotated about one day through the solar year every four years. Ptolemy III's Canopus Decree attempted to correct this through the introduction of a sixth epagomenal day every four years but the proposal was resisted by the Egyptian priests and people and abandoned until the establishment of the Alexandrian or Coptic calendar by Augustus. The introduction of a leap day to the Egyptian calendar made it equivalent to the reformed Julian calendar, although by extension it continues to diverge from the Gregorian calendar at the turn of most centuries.

This civil calendar ran concurrently with an Egyptian lunar calendar which was used for some religious rituals and festivals. Some Egyptologists have described it as lunisolar, with an intercalary month supposedly added every two or three years to maintain its consistency with the solar year, but no evidence of such intercalation before the 4th century BC has yet been discovered.

Astronomy played a considerable part in religious matters for fixing the dates of festivals and determining the hours of the night. The titles of several temple books are preserved recording the movements and phases of the Sun, Moon and stars. The rising of Sirius (Egyptian: Sopdet, Greek: Sothis) at the beginning of the inundation was a particularly important point to fix in the yearly calendar.^[4] One of the most important Egyptian astronomical texts was the Book of Nut, going back to the Middle Kingdom or earlier.

The death of a king had a strong connection to the stars for Ancient Egyptians. They believed once a king was deceased, their soul would rise to the heavens and become a star.^[5] The Pyramid Texts describe the king ascending and becoming the Morning Star among the Imperishable Stars of past kings.^[6]

Mystery hidden from ages is NOW BEING MADE KNOWN, through RICHES OF CHRIST who led ISRAEL from their history to GIVE INHERITANCE IN SECOND COVENANT, Heb. 10; 7-14--(CHRIST is the ROCK amidst history of ISRAEL, 1 Co 10: 1-4) –thus the whole volume of bible proving HIM AS GOD OF ISRAEL who brought them from Egypt, giving them Canaan,  as promised to Abraham, Gen. 15, then guiding them to be A PEOPLE TO HIM through Old covenant, to be PERFECTED in an EVERLASTING COVENANT ---made PCG as land of Canaan, Eze. 16: 3, PCG now to be established in the EVERLASTING COVENANT,  as 1^st fruits of ISRAEL, Eze. 16: 60--- to worship Him ONLY, to fellowship with Him in HIS REST, Heb. 4, ----although PCG was made as Canaan, (meaning they are as Canaanites, ----LORD WOULD MAKE THEM as NOT A SINGLE CANAANITE is amidst them, Zec. 14; 21---

Zec. 14; 21-- Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein: and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

Zec. 14; 18 --And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

·      That is all spiritual Egyptians, Pharaoh, Rom.  9; 17, Hagar, Gen. 21;9---are to keep a TRUE Feast of Tabernacles on TRUE SEVENTH MONTH, otherwise there shall be NO RAIN, Zec. 14; 17. 

Zec. 14; 17-- And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

PCG and some gentiles who were taken to Babylon, Jer. 52; 12-15 had kept TRUMPETS on 7^th Sep 2021—that is a TIME DURING SIXTH MONTH---it would be as Jeroboam did on another time, 1Ki 12:32  And Jeroboam ordained a feast in the eighth month

And in Zec. 14; 21 we see that LORD MAKES them FREE OF CANAANITES---Zec. 14; 21-- In that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

Eph.  3; 11-According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: LORD made PCG as Canaan, and IN THAT DAY---on DAY OF LORD ---CHRIST would see that THERE IS NOT A SINGLE CANAANITE in HOUSE OF LORD OF HOSTS!

12 -In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him

·        IT IS CHRIST who helps them TO BE AS ZION, when they TRUST IN CHRIST, Ps.  125; 1-3, BECAUSE CHRIST our LORD is CORNER STONE OF ZION , the TRIED STONE, PRECIOUS STONE, THE SURE STONE, Isa 28: 16!

·        Such counsels are FOR ETERNAL PURPOSES, Eph.  3; 11, THEREFORE HIS PEOPLE are to be BOLD TO BE CONFIDENT by FAITH IN HIM, to be established in EVERLASTING COVENANT, Eze. 16; 60!

When JERUSALEM is now as SPIRITUAL Egypt, Rev. 11: 8, Egypt is reminded to COME TO Feast of Tabernacles, Zec. 14; 18, 17.

Zec. 10: 10- will bring them again also out of the land of Egypt, and gather them out of Assyria; and I will bring them into the land of Gilead and Lebanon; and place shall not be found for them.

11--and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

12  And I will strengthen them in the LORD; and they shall walk up and down in his name, saith the LORD.

·        ISRAEL was cast away to accept ALL FLESH, acceptance of ISRAEL is through “LIFE FROM DEAD” because they were DEAD to SIN, Rom. 6: 2, Gal.  3; 22, as they made a COVENANT with dead, Isa 28; 18-21.

·        Therefore the FAMILY OF Egypt IS TO RETURN BELIEVING WORKS OF THE LORD, Zec. 14; 18, 17, WHO GIVES NEWNESS of LIFE through believing Rom.  6; 3-23 .

As PCG did not understand, they were made as a captivity in Babylon, to be redeemed from Babylon, Mic 4; 10. Captives come out by BLOOD OF COVENANT, Zec. 9; 11—therefore they come to be ESTABLISHED IN EVERLASTING COVENANT which was made known to them, through MERCY SHOWN TO GENTILES, Rom.  11; 30-31.

1 Co 10: 1-6 shows how CHRIST was the ROCK of ISRAEL, that means CHRIST was LEADING ISRAEL in history---PCG descends from Canaan, Eze. 16: 3, so CHRIST leads them NOW from canaan!

·        Therefore we conclude that CHRIST is leading ISRAEL from their history

·        Jacob is apple of HIS EYE, Deut. 32: 9, 10

·        PCG hardly acknowledged all those facts written in whole bible, as they had idol of H. W. Armstrong who had diverted PCG attention on his books, even on his autobiography, when we do not have to know autobiographies of any servant of God!

·        That means they did not have KNOWLEDGE of BIBLE UNDERSTANDING about the WORKS OF GOD!

·        God’s people should understand the knowledge given of ALMIGHTY in Bible!

·        For example, when He says of precious stones, 1 Co 3; 12, we understand He compares HIS PEOPLE to the RUBIES, DIAMONDS, BLUE SAPPHIRES, etc.  to stones cut and polished by people---THE PEOPLE OF HIS should be SHINING and VALUABLE as precious stones!!

Another major example, when Prov. 8; 27 says LORD SET THE COMPASS upon EARTH, (or when He drew the circle of earth), ---we should understand why THE CIRCLE is TILTED!

When knowledge increases in END TIME, Dan 12: 4, WISE shall UNDERSTAND, vs. 10!

·        Natural Knowledge is given to us through men in world too—(church uses internet, which are creations of people of world! Such a thing is the KNOWLEDGE OF EQUINOX; ---scientists gave us knowledge of EQUINOX as the RESULT OF CIRCLE of EARTH being TILTED!

·        And that knowledge gives us the MARVELLOUS COUNSEL of ALMIGHTY who REQUIRES US worshipping HIM in SEASONS, Lev. 23; 4

·        LORD who required HIS SERVICE in SEASONS, Lev. 23, making known FIRST DAY OF FIRST MONTH, Ex  12; 2, EXACTLY through EQUINOX, made us know HIS WISDOM of how we should know Ex . 12: 2, through EQUINOX He devised by TILTING THE CIRCLE, and WISE PEOPLE to find it at the END OF AGE, Dan 12: 4, 10!

Dan 12; 4--O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

10--Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Isa 49:23  And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for Me.

Particulars of Jewish calendar found from web site of Chabad.org—

·       Jewish calendar starts with the day when Adam and Eve were created (6^th day of creation).

·       Their calculations (of days of months) may be off by a day

·       Jewish calendar begins with the month Tishrie, for example, 1^st Tishrie 5777 is 3^rd October 2016 (That is 1^st day of 1^st month according to that calendar)--

·       Therefore, the PASSOVER month would be the 7^th month in PERMANENT CALENDAR of theirs if there is only ONE ADAR—it would be their 8^th month if ADAR I and ADAR II are included.

Comment ---But, Calendar of ALMIGHTY begins with PASSOVER month—

ALMIGHTY created a 365 day year---- Solar Year (365 days), and Lunar year (354 days as in Jewish calendar)

·       Since biblical times, various astronomical phenomena have been used for calculations

·       Lunar months align themselves with seasons governed by sun—thus it is “Luni-Solar”;

·       The discrepancy between the Solar Year (365 days), and the Lunar year (354 days) was resolved by adding a thirteenth month to the year to form  Leap year.

·       In history, the High Court (Sanhedrin) in Jerusalem relied on Direct Observation of New Moon, Astronomical data, and other considerations, to determine the Beginning of each month.

·       In 4^th Century after temple’s destruction—a Fixed Calendar was instituted---based on the Sanhedrin’s CLOSELY GUARDED SECRETS of CALENDRIC CALCULATIONS---THIS IS PERMANENT CALENDAR according to which New moons and festivals are calculated and celebrated today by Jews All over the world!

We were introduced to perpetual calendar by H.W.Armstrong, that calendar had originated after 4^th century!

So that calendar (with closely guarded secrets of Sanhedrin) had been followed by Church of ALMIGHTY from WCG times, introduced by H.W.Armstrong.

·       Well, when someone does a wrong thing and when we get to know the truths—we should change to follow truths!

When all who erred in HIS VISION are judged and corrected, CHRIST would deliver the kingdom to the ALMIGHTY FATHER, 1 Co 15: 24
