DAVID PRAISED GOD WITH PSALMS WITH THE VERY WORDS OF GOD AND WE SHOULD SING THESE PSALMS TO KNOW THE MIND OF THE LORD.

Ps. 147:19,20-

19  He sheweth His word unto Jacob, His statutes and His judgments unto Israel. 20  He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for His judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.

NOTICE that God would not give His special things to all NATIONS!

He had chosen ISRAEL as His peculiar nation, Eze 20:5  "Say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: "On the day when I chose Israel and raised My hand in an oath to the descendants of the house of Jacob, and made Myself known to them in the land of Egypt, I raised My hand in an oath to them, saying, ‘I am the LORD your God.’

We see that the LORD is concerned of ISRAEL as His chosen, (but not all ISRAEL, Ro 9: 4,6, it is those who serve Him in His TABERNACLE), in Ps. 147: 19-20,  IT IS NOT OTHER NATIONS BUT IT IS HIS CHOSEN ISRAEL that had not known THE JUDGMENTS AND STATUTES OF GOD!

It is the ministry that did not know LORD’s Judgments—

Jer 2:8  The priests did not say, ‘Where is the LORD?’ And those who handle the law did not know Me; The rulers also transgressed against Me; The prophets prophesied by Baal, And walked after things that do not profit.

Why PRAISE the LORD if they did not know His Judgments?

Answer---

When they did not know LORD’s Judgments, they had gone astray, Eze. 44: 15, they had stumbled and fallen towards NORTH, Jer 46: 6, they spoke their own words which would destroy the land of ISRAEL, Jer 2: 30, they transgressed against God,

And the LORD said--

Jer 3:13  Only acknowledge your iniquity, That you have transgressed against the LORD your God—

The prophet was sent to a rebellious nation, Eze 2:3, that is why the LORD commanded prophet to declare their abominations, Ez 16: 2---but the prophet strengthened the evil doers, Jer 23:14, the land committed spiritual harlotry at Bamah, Eze. 20: 29, 16: 15, and broke covenant, Eze. 16: 59---

BUT GOD GAVE KNOWLEDGE FROM ALL PROPHETS TO REPENT, WHICH THEY DID NOT DO, Jer 44: 5!

YET THE LORD HAD CHOSEN TO CLEANSE THEM—

Jer 33:8  ‘I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned and by which they have transgressed against Me.

Jesus came to save His people from sin, Mt 1: 21, Elijah and Moses were discussing about LORD’s death at transfiguration, Lu 9: 29-31, Paul determined to preach only JESUS CHRIST and His death---because unless JESUS CHRIST died for the sins of all, NOBODY WOULD BE SAVED!

Therefore the LORD chose to SAVE HIS PEOPLE ISRAEL THROUGH Baptizm unto His death, Ro 6: 3-7, which gives His rigteousness unto holiness, vs 19, 22.

Without holiness we shall not see Him, Heb 12:14

2Ti 2:11  This is a faithful saying: For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him.

The LORD as the wonderful counsellor, chose to send His people into captivity in spiritual nations, pour His spirit, and end the captivity, Eze. 39: 28,29, giving them the knowledge , Isa 11: 9, how they would be SAVED THROUGH HIS DEATH—and then---they have to be baptized into His death, while remembering His  death AT PASSOVER! The cup of blessing has to be worthily accepted, then THEY WOULD BE PARDONED, GIVEN KNOWLEDGE , Isa 53: 11, TO DEPART FROM INIQUITY, 2 Tim 2: 19, so that they do not serve SIN, Ro 6: 6, but serve the LORD in Righteousness unto Holiness which He would give them through His mercy, Ro 6: 19,22, and after they are PURIFIED, they would be vessels of Holiness, Zec 14: 20, to serve Him in His temple as New Jerusalem, Re 21: 2-3, 22: 3-5.

When one examines his sins to take leaven out during Passover ,

You have to examine how the LORD PARDONS through HIS SACRFICE, that is remembering HIS DEATH at Passover!

The cup of blessing has to be accepted, and one has to go through Baptizm unto His death, Ro 6: 3-7, which gives His rigteousness unto Holiness enabling you to serve Him, vs 19, 22.

THEREFORE---even when ISRAEL transgressed against the ONE TRUE GOD, HE CHOSE TO SAVE THEM THROUGH HIS OWN SACRIFICE, dying for their sins, as He wanted to make them a holy seed, Isa 53: 10, He had POWER to DIE and TAKE HIS LIFE BACK, Jn 10: 18.

If you do not get a seed (generation) after you, your name would be cut off!

JESUS CHRIST as a man, did not get a holy seed after Him, therefore there was NO GENERATION AFTER HIM, Mt 1: 16,17! (we should understand that He who is holy cannot produce unholy seed, He did REQUIRE A HOLY SEED to GIVE HIS NAME!)

Isa 14:20, Isa 45:4, Eph 3:15 Php 2:10,11, Col 1:20 Jer 33:16, Re 3:12

(those vss would show that sinners cannot get His name, but after purifying He would give His name to them, making them pillars in His temple!)

We should remember that He would purify the ministry first!

THEREFORE TO PROLONG HIS LIFE, HE HAD TO PRODUCE A HOLY SEED, amidst ministry, Mal 3: 3.

Isa 53: 10--when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in His hand.

All articles in http://www.restoringcaptivity.com would show the marvellous work He had done through His cross and the knowledge He gives to have His faith.

That is how the LORD did a marvellous work of wonder, Hab 1: 5, Ro 9: 28, amidst ISRAEL , through a gentile seed, Ps. 22: 30, so that a seed of ISRAEL is born, Ps. 22: 31, through non-ISRAEL strangers, Eze. 47: 22.

COULD ANY MAN DO SUCH WONDERFUL WORK AMIDST ISRAEL?

IT IS ONLY THE GOD OF ISRAEL THAT COULD HELP ISRAEL!

Ps. 146:3-5-

3  Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. {help: or, salvation}--4  His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5 - Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

WHEN DAVID SPOKE FROM LORD’S SPIRIT, 2 Sam 23: 2, and Spirit is life giving words, Jn 6: 63, therefore LORD’s spirit SAID in Ps. 146: 3-5, that WE ARE NOT TO TRUST MAN ----FOR man CANNOT GIVE SALVATION!

When man dies—HIS PLANS PERISH!

And his days a like a passing shadow--

Ps. 144: 3  LORD, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You are mindful of him?

4  Man is like a breath; His days are like a passing shadow.

THE LESSON TO LEARN IS---when we ERR, we should accept it AND CHANGE!

AND THE LORD HIMSELF IS TEACHING, GRAFTING THE GENTILES , RO 11: 17, WHO HEAR, ACTS 28: 28. HOW MERCIFUL LORD IS TO ISRAEL?

Isa 49:13- For the LORD has comforted His people, And will have mercy on His afflicted.-- Ps 136:5, Ps 103:11 , Ps 108:4, Ps 89:2, Ps 36:5, Ps 57:10- Your mercy reaches unto the heavens, And Your truth unto the clouds—(because of His mercy, He came in clouds, Ez 30: 3 {gentiles times}, to teach His truth, as said in above psalms).

We learnt---Ps. 147:19,20-ISRAEL have not known His Judgments—yet LORD teaches them and made the sacrifice to save them from sin, therefore---

Praise ye the LORD.

Praise ye the LORD—

How did the LORD teach to praise Him?

As examples, Ps. 145 to 150 we see special praises to God while all psalms are praises to God for all the work He does in heaven and earth –please remember that these words of psalms were given to David by LORD Himself, 1 Sam 23: 1,2.

And we are exhorted to speak in psalms-- To teach and admonish one another in psalms--

Eph 5:19  speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord,

Col 3:16  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

WHAT KIND OF WORK ARE THE PRESENT DAY ISRAEL OF RO 9: 4,6 ARE DOING NOW TO PRAISE GOD?

(one would argue that hymn book has psalms---but just have a look at those hymns—they project a few lines of a psalm where as if you read and teach them, speaking in psalms, THE HEARERS WOULD LEARN MORE ABOUT GOD!---just by singing they would not understand—WHEN YOU SING THOSE HYMNS—LEADERS SHOULD TEACH THAT PSALM EXPLAINING ALL THE CONTENTS!---it is not the voice or how beautiful it is sung –BUT THE WORDS THAT TEACH ABOUT GOD SHOULD BE EXPLAINED while SINGING THE HYMN WITH JOY! )

DAVID’S WORDS OUGHT TO BE TAUGHT IN DAVID’S THRONE WHERE THE KEY OF DAVID WAS PLACED BY GOD, Isa 22; 22  And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.

23  And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place;

25  In that day, saith the LORD of hosts, shall the nail that is fastened in the sure place be removed, and be cut down, and fall; and the burden that was upon it shall be cut off: for the LORD hath spoken it.

THIS HAPPENED IN PCG, the prophet got the key—in that day the LORD removed it, that was the time of gentiles, Eze. 30: 3, (he shall shut, and none shall open—when prophet shuts with the key---NOBODY could open, that was why JESUS CHRIST prevailed to open, (Re 5:5- Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll)---when the prophet shut –David’s throne would be shut without continuing! Unless the LORD opened it and CONTINUED the work in it, Acts 15: 16, David’s covenant with the LORD would have been AT A HALT!

David’s heart was to DO LORD’S WILL, Acts 13: 22, David did lead the ISRAEL to worship giving praises to their God, 1 Chr 23: 30-31, which would be raised by JESUS CHRIST, Isa 66: 22,23, that is the worship His on Sabbaths, new moons, and set feast days, along with daily and continual!

One should understand how different teachings are being done—

As the daily, PCG raises H.W.Armstrong teaching from his books, while the LORD said dead people’s work will perish, as written above!

If you teach psalms---ONE WOULD LEARN ALL ABOUT GOD’S TRUTH! what He does to ISRAEL His people, and how they should be blessed by Him, how they should revere Him, fear Him to do all what He commands, SO THAT HE WILL BE THEIR GOD AND THEY WILL BE HIS PEOPLE!

When you do not teach from psalms, YOU GET DRIFTED AWAY FROM GOD!

Praising with psalms, 2 Chr 29:30, WE ARE TO CHEERFULLY SERVE GOD AS DAVID ORDAINED, 2 Ch 23:18 --

2 Chr 29: 27  And Hezekiah commanded to offer the burnt offering upon the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song of the LORD began also with the trumpets, and with the instruments ordained by David king of Israel.---28-- And all the congregation worshipped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded:29-- the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves, and worshipped.—

30-- commanded the Levites to sing praise unto the LORD with the words of David, and of Asaph the seer. And they sang praises with gladness, and they bowed their heads and worshipped.—31- Now ye have consecrated yourselves unto the LORD,

That is the way ISRAEL should do! WE SHOULD LEARN FROM HISTORY!

Asaph too was a chief musician, one of the four leaders among whom David had authority, 1 Chr 25: 1,6—Asaph wrote Ps. 50---Ps. 73 to 83!  

Read those psalms to know how faithful he was to God to guard LORD’s temple and how he exalted God!

1 Chr 16:9,--- Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.36-- Blessed be the LORD God of Israel for ever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and praised the LORD.

THAT SHOULD BE THE WAY OF THOSE SERVING IN DAVID’S THRONE SERVING GOD!

BUT H.W.Armstrong TAUGHT that speaking of God is a vain thing!

SHOULD NOT HIS WORK PERISH WITH HIS DEATH?

The LORD DOES NOT REQUIRE MEN’S WORDS TO BE TAUGHT---Jer 2: 30—THAT IS WHY DAVID SPOKE WITH THE WORDS OF THE LORD!

In David’s throne to serve LORD, ministry must fight for God, protect God’s people, teach them of God, rejoice in the LORD, and EXALT GOD! –no raising people or name the house of God in others’ names!

ISRAEL IS TO BE NAMED BY THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST! THEY ARE TO BE BAPTIZED UNTO HIS NAME!

Sing psalms-

James 5:13- Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

Reproof-

Ps. 141:5-Let the righteous smite me; it shall be a kindness: and let him reprove me; it shall be an excellent oil, which shall not break my head:

When the LORD made gentiles righteous through His blood, Eph 2: 13, when ISRAEL went astray and gentiles became like Zadok’s sons, Eze. 44: 15, when the feeble gentiles, Isa 60: 3,22, serve as  David, Zec 12: 8, when the LORD made the gentiles as a seed to bring in seed of ISRAEL, Ps. 22: 30-31, Eze. 47: 22, when the LORD says that the gentiles of Re 11: 2 HAS HIS Righteousness, Isa 54: 17 to  serve Him in house of God, Isa 56: 4-7, IT PROVES THAT THE LORD HAD MADE GENTILES AS MESSENGERS OF GOD, Eze. 30: 9 (ships as messengers because ISRAEL is in “sea”, La 2: 13)---the LORD is sending a gentile people made righteous by His blood to take hold of covenant of David, Isa 56: 4-7, Zec 12: 8---

THAT IS WHY LORD SAYS Ps. 141: 5 THROUGH DAVID—

David said so as it is LORD’s counsel!

That is the way to build up David’s throne, Acts 15: 16!

LORD gives His words through prophets, His servants, present day the LORD uses the gentile servants, Re 11; 2, they too are prophets, vs. 10.

Prov 6:23,---- 23  For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life

Prov. 9:8,-12,--- 8  Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee.

9  Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.

10  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

11  For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased.

12  If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

The meaning of those vss.--

It is good for wise to get instruction of the holy One to get understanding!

But you would be wise if you fear the LORD!

When wisdom perish among wise, Isa 29:14, you ought to correct that situation!

Through fear of God—wisdom—understanding ONE WOULD LEARN THAT YOU GET NEW LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST , Ro 6: 3-7

Then you would prolong your life!

If you are wise IT IS FOR YOU—it is seeking your own salvation, Php 2:12   through getting the knowledge JESUS CHRIST is providing through the righteous gentiles the LORD made, Eph 2: 13, Ro 11: 17, for the sake of ISRAEL , Isa 14: 1,2!

Php 2:12   --work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;

Prov. 10:8,17

8 -The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.

17 - He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth.

THIS IS THE COUNSEL OF GOD ALMIGHTY, JESUS CHRIST, Isa 9: 6—

When JESUS CHRIST provides instructions, THE WISE IN HEART receives it!

Receive the commandments the LORD had given!

Receives the ordinances of Ezekiel temple to SANCTIFY THEMSLEVES!

H.W.Armstrong ‘s written plans have perished with his death says the LORD Ps. 146:3-4,144:3-4,

But David’s words are to be used in David’s throne to serve God in Righteousness unto Holiness, because  “what was written by David were the very words spoken by God Himself- 2 Sam 23:1,2.---therefore we are admonished to use psalms!

Paul wrote--

2 Tim 2: 8-  Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:--and Paul wrote that he was determined TO TEACH NOTHING BUT JESUS CHRIST AND HIM CRUCIFIED, 1 Co 2: 2.

Ps. 22 speaks of the death of JESUS CHRIST to save David’s throne when all people in David’s throne erred! David made supplications to save his throne, so that ISRAEL would be saved to WORSHIP THE TRUE GOD!

David understood the great calling to ISRAEL to worship the God of whole earth and heaven, the creator God! David understood that he should preserve this calling even if transgressors come and ruin his throne!

In 2 Tim 2: 8—JESUS CHRIST WAS RAISED FROM DAVID’S LINEAGE TO SAVE THIS WORSHIP FROM ISRAEL TO GOD!

One SHOULD NOTICE HOW MERCIFUL JESUS CHRIST IS TO COME AS A MAN, AS A PRIEST, Heb 7: 3, TO SHED HIS BLOOD FOR THE COVENANT, Heb 9:20,22  , Mt 26:28, Eze. 16: 60-63, AND LEAD GENTILES MAKING THEM SERVING AS DAVID, Zec 12: 8-10, making Paul who was taught by Him to minister to gentiles, Ro 15: 16, so that gentiles know the faith of JESUS CHRIST, (even though some gentiles could depart from faith, 1 Tim 4: 1, and lose prophecy, 1Co 13:2, those who remain would serve God, not neglecting the gift of prophecy, 1Ti 4:14)

In the last end of last days , the LORD is LEADING ALL WHO TRANSGRESS UNTO REPENTANCE, even those who enlightened who cannot come to repentance , Heb 6: 4,6, are led to repentance as anything is possible to JESUS CHRIST, Mt 19:26, Mr 10:27, Lu 18:27.

1Co 3:15  If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.

WHEN THE FIRE OF LORD’S WORDS COME, Jer 5: 14, ONE OUGHT TO UNDERSTAND HIS WORK OF ERROR, AND COME TO REPENTANCE AS THE LORD LEADS!

Please understand these things as the LORD is teaching today while reviving David’s worship style as the LORD is pleased with such WHO FEAR HIM AND LOVE HIM WITH ALL HIS SOUL, MIND AND HEART just as David did--

• When David spoke the very words of God, David’s heart and God’s will is the same. Acts 13: 22
• JESUS CHRIST the God of the whole earth had given the words concerning JESUS CHRIST to David, Lk 20:36, 2 Sam 23:1,2
• Examining psalms, JESUS CHRIST had taught how to praise and thank Him with His own words, which teaches us of His will THAT PRAISES FOR JESUS CHRIST SHOULD COME FROM CONGREGATION OF ISRAEL!
• As examples Ps. 145 to 150 we see how we should praise Him.

• Examining psalms we can see how LORD led ISRAEL of history, how he punished ISRAEL when they had idols, how he sent them into captivity in such times, how he saved them from those nations when ISRAEL repented and returned to Him.

Ps 22:12-- Ps 68:15- Ps 68:22-- Ps 135:11-- Ps 136:20-- Isa 33:9-- Jer 22:20-- Jer 50:19- Am 4:1  Hear this word, you cows of Bashan, who are on the mountain of Samaria, Who oppress the poor,-- Eze 39:18  You shall eat the flesh of the mighty, Drink the blood of the princes of the earth, Of rams and lambs, Of goats and bulls, All of them fatlings of Bashan.

In the above psalms and prophecies –we see how the LORD considers ministry as kings of Bashan—the workers, the cows of Bashan—and through the work that JESUS CHRIST would do, all these work of the mighty of His land would come to A STANDSTILL! Then they are corrected, and the LORD will become LORD of lords!

KING of kings!

• In psalms we see how the LORD had given words of supplications to David, to pray before God so that He would save ISRAEL when David’s people in David’s throne pray those words before Him—as the ways of the LORD is in a SANCTUARY, Ps. 77: 13, ALL THINGS THAT HAS TO BE DONE THERE SHOULD BE REQUESTED FROM JESUS CHRIST—requesting those things HAS TO BE DONE AS SUPPLICATIONS, FASTINGS, INTERCESSIONS and so on!

• Thus we could understand Jer 31:9 (how the , LORD  said He will lead ISRAEL with supplications-when gentiles as David, Zec 12:8 pray before LORD, he had led them to do so, Zec 12:9,10, gentiles do the fastings required, Zec 8: 19.

• This is why the LORD got the gentiles to serve Him, Ez 30:3, during the day He revived David’s throne, Acts 15:16, (with HIS OWN WORDS THAT HE GAVE DAVID, 2 Sam 23:1,2), and David knew that gentiles would obey him, Ps. 18: 43,44. (this psalm has the same words of 2 Sam 22).
• Therefore gentiles serve the LORD as David, Zec 12: 8, when ISRAEL went astray, Ez 44: 7, when the priests of David’s throne were filled with drunkenness by LORD, Jer 13:13, gentiles serve Him, Ps. 22: 30, to make ISRAEL born, Ps. 22: 31, Eze. 47: 22.

• This is why the LORD says that HE IS THE SAVIOUR AND REDEEMER OF ISRAEL .
• IT IS WORDS of JESUS CHRIST THAT SAVES ALL. There are no other words that could save mankind, the name of JESUS MEANS he saves His people FROM sin, Mt 1:21! THE WORDS OF RO 6: 3-7 HAS TO BE DONE BY HIS PEOPLE TO BE SAVED, THAT IS WHY ISRAEL ARE TO TAKE WORDS AND RETURN TO HIM, Hos 14: 1,2.

• David sang prophecies of psalms with musical instruments-But if you do not know  what the sound indicates,  IT IS USELESS!

1Co 14:8  For if the trumpet makes an uncertain sound, who will prepare himself for battle?---WHEN PCG TRUMPET MADE AN UNCERTAIN SOUND, THEY DID NOT PREPARE FOR THE BATTLE!

1Co 14:7  Even things without life, whether flute or harp, when they make a sound, unless they make a distinction in the sounds, how will it be known what is piped or played?

THAT MEANS ONE HAS TO IDENTIFY WHAT HAS TO BE DONE?

Re 8:6  So the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.

Re 14:2-- I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps.- 3  They sang as it were a new song before the throne,---sung by those redeemed from the earth, vs. 3,

Re 18:22  "The sound of harpists, musicians, flutists, and trumpeters shall not be   heard in you anymore.  

Those 3 vss. show how the angel was preparing to sound the trumpet—it meant how the LORD would destroy those who destroy the earth---how they would be redeemed—and after that one would not hear of WORK OF ERROR of the musical instrument s of PCG! The last era of ISRAEL of Ro 9: 4,6 would be no more---  

AND NEW BEGINNINGS WOULD BE SEEN AS NEW JERUSALEM!

• Tunes or sounds of instruments, do not mean a thing  ---- that means if you do not understand the words that accompany the musical instruments of David made by David, it does not profit, the 4,000 instruments made by David, 1 Chr 23: 5, were TO PRAISE GOD!    IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROPHECIES CONCERNING JESUS CHRIST , Lk 20:36, IN PSALMS YOU WOULD NOT SEE HOW THEY HAVE FULFILLED!
• Today playing the stringed instruments means that all prophecies are being fulfilled.

• An example of gentiles playing their instruments—

Ps. 33: 1 --Rejoice in the LORD, O you righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful. (the LORD made gentiles upright, Eph 2: 13, that is through His blood!)

2  Praise the LORD with the harp; Make melody to Him with an instrument of ten strings.--3  Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy.—gentile work is a new work—they sing a new song! But please note that our work is almost ended!

The meaning of the sound is found in the rest of that chapter!-the gentiles had declared those words among ISRAEL!

4  For the word of the LORD is right, And all His work is done in truth.

5  He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.

10  The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.(we had shown that the transgressors of ISRAEL were scattered in nations, Ez 12: 15, Eze. 23: 7,8, Eze. 39: 28,29, and they act as HEATHEN, as foreigners who does not know their God—THEREFORE—the LORD gives His counsel through gentiles to bring them back from captivity, Eze. 39: 28, 29.

Ps. 33: 11  The counsel of the LORD stands forever, The plans of His heart to all generations.

And the rest of the vss. mean that it is a blessed people who would trust in Him, and that no man could save but the LORD, He fashions hearts and so on, saving them!

• If you tell only a few lines of a psalm as a song(just as PCG hymn book projects) it is not sufficient. You do not understand the full psalm when you do so. EVEN IF YOU SING IT—the leaders should explain the full psalm!

• Therefore to understand the prophecies of the psalms -- to praise Him or to make supplications---one has to pray before the LORD “THE FULL PSALM” FROM THE BIBLE AND PRAYERFULLY READ THE FULL PSALM concentrating on the words and requesting your supplication or offering your thanksgiving and praises.
• In SANCTUARY of God, under David’s throne the priests should praise LORD  with the  words of God Himself. That is the meaning of singing with  musical instruments.

In psalms we see that they are words given to “chief musician”---

Ps 4:1  To the Chief Musician. With stringed instruments. A Psalm of David.

Ps 5:1  To the Chief Musician. With flutes. A Psalm of David.

Ps 6:1  To the Chief Musician. With stringed instruments. On an eight–stringed harp. A Psalm of David.

Ps 8:1  To the Chief Musician. On the instrument of Gath. A Psalm of David.

Ps 9:1  To the Chief Musician. To the tune of "Death of the Son." A Psalm of David.

Ps 12:1  To the Chief Musician. On an eight–stringed harp. A Psalm of David.

The above are a few examples—

The psalms having many words were given to be played with some instruments, to particular tunes! –THEN THE WORDS SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD VERY WELL! They are the words or Spirit of the LORD, 2 Sam 23: 1,2

• At Passover time we are to sing a hymn or too. Then we should choose a psalm which could mean “coming out of captivity”, or how ISRAEL is led by God to save them “thanking and praising Him” There are many psalms, God’s own words, 2 Sam 23:12, to choose from.

1Co 10: all passed through the sea,

2  all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea,

3  all ate the same spiritual food,

4  and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.

Today it is to Pass over from sin!

In history when they passed over—they were baptised into Moses—today when ISRAEL pass over—they Passover sin through Baptizm unto His death, Ro 6: 3-7, which gives His rigteousness, vs 19, 22.

How the LORD had helped to pass over through a cup of blessing has to be examined! The spiritual drink has to be taken—the spiritual food has to be eaten at Passover !

Psalms teach us how the LORD had given a cup of fury as He poured His fury, Ps. 75: 8,  and how the LORD is full of mercy and grace towards ISRAEL to BRING THEM BACK FROM CAPTIVITY after He forgives!!

But ---THE FORGIVENESS COMES WHEN THEY GET BAPTIZED UNTO HIS DEATH, RO 6: 3-7—THEN THEY WOULD BE MADE NEW—SINLESS—PERFECT—AND THEY ARE REQUIRED TO SIN NO MORE, RO 6: 6, 2 TIM 2: 19, THUS THEY WOULD REMAIN PERFECT!

Loving laws of JESUS CHRIST, Ro 13: 8-10, are to be kept, for which the LORD had helped by shedding His love in our heart, Ro 5:5, so that it is easy for His people to remain perfect to serve Him in His new TABERNACLE, Re 21: 2,3.

WE ARE REQUIRED TO SING PSALMS DURING PASSOVER--

As an example---WHEN YOU STUDY AND SING FROM PSALMS THAT HE IS THE ROCK OF ISRAEL, WE COULD SING SOME OF THE FOLLOWING at Passover-----

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE FIRSTLY MEANT FOR THOSE WHO ARE BEING CORRECTED FIRST, Eze. 16: 60-62, UNDER DAVID’S THRONE,  AS DAVID MADE THOSE SUPPLICATIONS TO REVIVE HIS THRONE TO SERVE THE LORD TRULY—PCG would mother the rest of ISRAEL, therefore, PCG should turn to the LORD, Eze. 16: 60-62.

READ THE FOLLOWING PSALMS TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE WORK OF THE LORD DOES “AS A ROCK”--

Ps 18:31  For who is God, except the LORD? And who is a rock, except our God?, 46  The LORD lives! Blessed be my Rock! Let the God of my salvation be exalted.

Ps 27:5  For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.

Ps 28:1  A Psalm of David. To You I will cry, O LORD my Rock: Do not be silent to me, Lest, if You are silent to me, I become like those who go down to the pit.

Ps 40:2  He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps.--9  I will say to God my Rock, "Why have You forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?"

Ps 62:2  He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be greatly moved.---6  He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.--7  In God is my salvation and my glory; The rock of my strength, And my refuge, is in God.

David knew that the LORD is the rock that could save his people if they go down to the pit, it is  done through LORD’s blood, Zec 9: 11

LORD did a work among gentiles to bring salvation to those ISRAEL in David’s throne , it is a time of trouble in that throne!

Ps 31:2  Bow down Your ear to me, Deliver me speedily; Be my rock of refuge, A fortress of defense to save me., 3  For You are my rock and my fortress; Therefore, for Your name’s sake, Lead me and guide me.

Ps 61:2  From the end of the earth I will cry to You, When my heart is overwhelmed; Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

Ps 71:3  Be my strong refuge, To which I may resort continually; You have given the commandment to save me, For You are my rock and my fortress.

David made supplications on behalf of his people, those supplications are done today by gentiles who serve David and obey him, 2 Sam 22: 44, 45, Ps. 18: 43,44

Ps 78:16  He also brought streams out of the rock, And caused waters to run down like rivers.--20  Behold, He struck the rock, So that the waters gushed out, And the streams overflowed. Can He give bread also? Can He provide meat for His people?"---35  Then they remembered that God was their rock, And the Most High God their Redeemer.

Just as David said in those psalms LORD provides enough Revelations to gentiles, Isa 14: 30, to give knowledge to ISRAEL, to cover the “sea” they are in, La 2: 13, Isa 11: 9, the streams of gentiles, streams run down like rivers, Ps 78:16, rivers of coastlands, Isa 42:15, it is a new thing that rivers come to wilderness to LORD’s people ISRAEL, Isa 43:19, 20, as the LORD’s people are in wilderness, Re 12: 14.

Ps 81:16  --Ps 89:26--Ps 92:15—Ps 94:22—Ps 95:1--Ps 104:18--Ps 114:8  too speak of the ROCK---Who turned the rock into a pool of water, The flint into a fountain of waters.—

Isa 8:14  He will be as a sanctuary, But a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense To both the houses of Israel, As a trap and a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

GENTILES GOT THE WATER FROM ROCK WHILE TO ISRAEL HE WAS A STUMBLING ROCK OF OFFENSE!

WHY?

Isa 17:10  Because you have forgotten the God of your salvation, And have not been mindful of the Rock of your stronghold, Therefore You will plant pleasant plants And set out foreign seedlings;

Isa 44:8  Do not fear, nor be afraid; Have I not told you from that time, and declared it? You are My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one.’"

THE FOREIGN SEEDLINGS ARE THOSE IN RE 11: 2 WITNESSES! The ROCK became the ROCK of witnesses of outer court gentiles!

SPIRITUAL ROCK OF ISRAEL TODAY AND IN HISTORY IS JESUS CHRIST--

1Co 10: all passed through the sea,

4  and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.

THAT ROCK in history of ISRAEL IS JESUS CHRIST!

TODAY TOO THAT ROCK IS JESUS CHRIST!

THERE IS NO GOD BESIDE HIM, Isa 9: 6!

ISRAEL should return to Him taking His words, Hos 14: 1,2, the words of Ro 6: 3-7, for remission of sins and to make the new covenant, Eze. 16: 60-63, Zec 9; 11.

All praise be to God , the rock of ISRAEL who is giving spiritual drink and food to them to return to Him, Ez 39: 28,29. Amen.
