ETERNAL COVENANT WITH HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND HOUSE OF JUDAH HEB 8:8
INTRODUCTION
God makes the leaders know His things, and makes them accountable. They have the responsibility to teach them to people, judge the people fairly, and rule them mercifully, so that the people LOVE THEIR GOD AND BRETHREN.
PLEASE NOTE—when God says He makes His covenant with a people, ---IT IS HIS WILL AS THE CREATOR GOD, TO CHOOSE ANY PEOPLE WHOM HE WILLS!
People is CHOSEN BY GOD.
Others cannot question, the world is the LORD’S, HE CAN DO HIS WILL! Men, beasts, birds, fish, elements, metals, non-metals, things in heavens, beneath the earth, are all His creations. Read Job 38 ----41. He could choose what He requires, and refuse what He does not want, mold and shape as a potter, chasten as a father, destroy what He rejects, exalt any people according to His Righteousness ---any thing and all things He needs could be done according to His will!
IF ANYONE WANTS TO DO AGAINST GOD—it is BETTER to CREATE YOUR OWN WORLD!
GOD HAD NOW CHOSEN A TIME TO TEACH OF HIS POWER TO ESTABLISH HIS TRUTH IN HIS SANCTUARY! --a time of reformation, Heb 9:10
The rebellious ministry who sinned in SANCTUARY, and are supposed to be in Egypt, {in spiritual captivity} (with spiritual Pharaoh God created for His short work, Ro 9: 17,28) WOULD KNOW WHOSE WORDS STAND--- whose words shall stand, God’s, or theirs , Jer 44:28
Just as God created a Pharaoh , Ro 9: 17, He created horse and chariots, Isa 43: 17, for endtime short work, Ro 9: 28.

IN THE LAST DAYS ISRAEL CHOSEN IS SEEN IN –RO 9; 4,6—IT IS THE SANCTUARY LORD IS MAKING FOR HIMSELF, Heb 8: 1,2—therefore—PEOPLE WHO WOULD WORSHIP HIM IN THE SANCTUARY SHOULD BE READY TO MEET HIM, Re 22: 12-20. ---that SANCTUARY is to be SANCTIFIED, Eze. 43: 18-27, 45: 18-25, it is Eze. 16: 60-63, it is Philadelphia Church of God leaders who made the covenant , Eze. 16: 8, who broke it with spiritual harlotry, Eze. 16: 15,59, Le 22: 25, Eze. 44: 7, and the LORD punished them, La 1: 15, Re 11: 2, performing HIS WORDS, Eze. 12: 25-28, SENT THEM INTO CAPTIVITY, Eze. 12: 15, makes the NEW COVENANT with them again, ACCORDING TO GOD’S LAW, LORD providing the atonement required as SANCTUARY LAWS, Eze. 16: 60-63.
LORD causes the captives to return TO MAKE THE NEW COVENANT TO BE FAITHFUL TO Noah, (all flesh Gen 9: 11-17, ) and ----seeds of Abraham –Isaac—Jacob—David---are to be brought from captivity ---
Jer 33: 25 Thus saith the LORD; If My covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;
26 Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David My servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
22-- I multiply the seed of David My servant, and the Levites that minister unto Me.
Ro 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Heb 11:18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called:
LOOK AT THOSE VSS---
Seed comes from Isaac---blessing for Jacob , Ge 27---present times ISRAEL is those serve in SANCTUARY, leaders and people, Ro 9: 4,6,
SEED of Abraham, SEED of Isaac, SEED of Jacob, SEED of David, SEED of Levi—
GOD’S ORDINANCES---SEED of His chosen, are IN HIS COVENANT!
PLEASE UNDERSTAND—it is the seed---the generations, and NOT THE FATHERS who would make the covenant!
Abraham—Isaac—Jacob—David—Levi of old would not rise—Jer 33: 22, 25-26--IT IS THE SEED OF THEIRS that would make the covenant---
LORD SPECIFIED WHO THEY ARE---it is those of RO 9: 4,6! –those who have the right to the covenant and God’s service!

LORD requires one seed to declare all things to the next generation---that seed to teach their children—and so on—
Ps. 78: 5--appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:
6 That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:
But that covenant was broken by Ephraim (LORD says that the seed of Ephraim had broken the covenant—HE SPEAKS ACCORDING TO TRIBES OF ISRAEL!—inheritance given to tribes, Eze. 47—48, great tribulation for tribes, Re 7, names of TRIBES again seen in wall of new Jerusalem, Re 21: 12----THESE VSS SHOW HOW THE LORD CONSIDERS HIS PEOPLE AS THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL!)
LORD CHOSE Philadelphia Church of God(PCG) TO BRING ALL SUCH tribes of ISRAEL TO HIM (considering PCG as Ephraim, see below)—
Eze. 16: 60---Nevertheless I will remember My covenant with thee in the days of thy youth, and I will establish unto thee an everlasting covenant.
61 Then thou shalt remember thy ways, and be ashamed, when thou shalt receive thy sisters, thine elder and thy younger: and I will give them unto thee for daughters, but not by thy covenant.
62 And I will establish My covenant with thee; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD:
63 That thou mayest remember, and be confounded, and never open thy mouth any more because of thy shame, when I am pacified toward thee for all that thou hast done, saith the Lord GOD.
COULD Philadelphia Church of God LEADERS UNDERSTAND LORD’S WILL?

LORD REMEMBERS THE COVENANT THEY MADE IN Eze. 16: 8 (Eze. 16: 4-8 makes you understand how they were in YOUTH!)
Jacob blessed Joseph to receive eternal blessings with the help of JESUS CHRIST, Ge 49: 22-26, and it is shown how it would come to Philadelphia Church of God (PCG)—
Eze. 37: son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:

We should also remember the God’s covenant with Noah—Ge 9: 11-17, when LORD shows a RAINBOW---THE ETERNAL COVENANT WOULD BE MADE with all FLESH too, Ge 9: 11-17. that is how Isa 66: 23 (all flesh worshipping on Sabbaths, New moons, holy days), would be accomplished.
In present times, LORD showed the “rainbow” , Eze. 1; 28, TO THE PROPHET OF Philadelphia Church of God WHEN HE WAS IN CAPTIVITY WITH THE REST OF THE MINISTRY, Eze. 2: 5,6.
Therefore Noah’s covenant with God would be performed by God, Ge 9: 11-17.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND---LORD chose ISRAEL as His people, Ex. 6: 7, we see in Eze. Temple matters that ISRAEL would be SANCTIFIED to serve Him, Eze. 43: 18-27, 45: 18-25, and that GENTILES (1st born of poor, Isa 14: 30, Ps. 22: 30),WHO ARE TAKEN BY LORD as a seed, WOULD BE JOINED TO ISRAEL, Eze. 47: 22---that means when God pours HIS SPIRIT ON ALL FLESH, Joel 2: 28, 29, He would create a way for ALL FLESH to worship Him on Sabbaths, New moons, Isa 66: 23. (we should understand that 1st born means there would be more births—2nd, 3rd, and so on!---WHEN ISRAEL SEED COMES , after gentiles, Eze. 47: 22, ISRAEL TOO WOULD HAVE THEIR generations being born, when they believe JESUS CHRIST, TO DO HIS COMMANDMENTS!
Joh 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
(by THAT VS. WE ARE TO UNDERSTAND—when we believe to do the words of JESUS CHRIST we live, and generate a seed WHO WOULD KNOW JESUS CHRIST! ---(Ps. 78: 5-9 would happen, true believers of God would be seen),

God loves His creation of the world and the men with whom He had made the covenants, He is a faithful God,
2Ti 2:13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.
He would not deny Himself to Noah, Abraham , Isaac, Jacob, David, Levi , Jer 33: 17-26, Ge 9: 11-17, HE PAVES A WAY TO MAKE THE ETERNAL COVENANT!
GOD’S THINGS ARE VERY SERIOUS, GRAVE THINGS!
Covenant breaking is not a simple matter!
TO MAKE A NEW COVENANT IT IS POSSIBLE TO HIM—nothing is impossible to God, Mt 19:26 , ----but IT COSTED THE BLOOD OF GOD coming as a man and dying on cross, Heb 7: 3, He had power to die and to resurrect, Jn 10: 18, -----therefore THE WISDOM OF JESUS CHRIST KNEW THAT HE HAD TO SHED HIS BLOOD!

To make the new covenant HE SHED THE BLOOD OF THE COVENANT, with the 1st covenant, Ex 24:8, ----Mt 26:28 "For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
At the time of Passover ---Lu 22:20--This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.--1Co 11:25—
Heb 9:18 Therefore not even the first covenant was dedicated without blood.
Heb 9:20 saying, "This is the blood of the covenant which God has commanded you."—
AND THE CAPTIVES ARE RELASED FROM CAPTIVITY ALSO THROUGH HIS BLOOD---Zec 9:11 "As for you also, Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your prisoners free from the waterless pit.

What does God require of ISRAEL—Deut 10: 12-22 -
Deut 10: 12-15—
12 - And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
13 To keep the commandments of the LORD, and His statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

Deut 10:14 all things are God’s! WE ARE SUBJECTS OF GOD’S CREATION!.—13—GOD REQUIRES US TO KEEP COMMANDMENTS
circumcise hearts, - 16, God is NOT PARTIAL---does not favour anyone---the RULES are SAME FOR ALL, vs. 17---LORD considers and is merciful to the poor, strangers WHO COMES TO WORSHIP HIM, and ISRAEL SHOULD LOVE THEM BECAUSE ISRAEL TOO WERE STRANGERS IN Egypt THEN!, vs. 18-19.
LORD condemns Philadelphia Church of God as the leaders CHASED THE POOR GENTILES WHOM WERE MADE THE 1ST BORN OF POOR, by GOD, Isa 14: 30.
All RULERS OF ISRAEL SHOULD LEARN THESE THINGS TO FEAR GOD AND TO HONOUR HIS JUDGMENTS! (considering with parables, LORD executed Judgments on PCG, Eze 31:14, Ob 1:4 )
Take oaths in His name, Deut 10: 20-21---PROMISE TO GOD, and HONOUR HIM—SAY TO HIM, THAT YOU WOULD BE A CHANGED PERSON WHO WOULD BE MERCIFUL TO THE SHEEP OF GOD!

Deut 10:14 all things are God’s! --Ps 24:1 - The earth is the LORD’S, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.--Others cannot exalt themselves, Da 11:36
All created men should SUBMIT to THE CREATOR.
His way is in a SANCTUARY, Ps. 77: 13, therefore He establishes things according to SANCTUARY LAWS. HE REQUIRES TO MAINTAIN LAW AND ORDER IN HIS SANCTUARY! Is that a problem to understand? --an example to see in present times is THE REQUIREMENT IN Ezekiel temple ordinances, Eze. 43: 18-27, 45: 18-25—(even physical men require to maintain their rules in the places they work!).
Nu 32: 13--LORD’S anger was kindled against Israel, and He made them wander in the wilderness forty years, 14 And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers’ stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel.
In history, ISRAEL were made to remain in wilderness for 40 years---as THEY BECAME SINFUL!---LORD DESTROYED THEM---but now in present times when ISRAEL of Ro 9: 4,6 SINNED AND BROKE COVENANT, LORD SENT THEM TO WILDERNESS , Re 12: 14, TO JUDGE THEM , Eze. 16: 40-42, AND FEED WITH KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, Isa 11: 9, so that THEY COME OUT OF CAPTIVITY after pouring HIS SPIRIT, Eze. 39: 28,29, (SPIRIT BEING THE WORDS THAT GIVE LIFE, Jn 6: 63), ---AND THEY COME OUT THROUGH LORD’S BLOOD OF THE COVENANT, Zec 9: 11.

ISRAEL’S GOD---Ex. 6: 7--I will take you to Me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
In history , Pharaoh’s heart was hardened by God—Ex. 7: 13, 14 (God had created a Pharaoh now to perform A POWERFUL SECOND EXODUS FROM MANY NATIONS, Jer 23: 7, 8, Eze. 39: 28,29)
Redeemed from house of bondage—Deut 7: 8 (today leaders had made people to serve H.W.Armstrong and his ideas—a spiritual bondage to other gods in many nations {as captives, Eze. 12: 15}---so the LORD IS REDEEMING THEM THROUGH THE POWER OF HIS BLOOD OF THE COVENANT, Zec 9; 11)
God brings ISRAEL with GREAT JUDGMENTS—Ex. 7: 4, (today too God had made many Judgments, which we had given PCG as messengers of ships, Eze. 30: 9, the ships being those of Tarshish, Isa 60: 9)
Egyptians learn the lesson that God is the LORD, Ex. 7: 5 (today too LORD is teaching the SAME LESSON, Ro 9: 17)
Bring to land promised to Abraham—Ex. 6:8 (yes, the LORD is giving inheritance after Ezekiel temple ordinances, Eze. 43: 18-27, 45: 18-25, --Eze. 47---48).
Understand why LORD created a Pharaoh---

Just as JESUS CHRIST chastens ISRAEL, God gives power to ISRAEL, Deut 8: 18
ISRAEL to tell children, their succeeding generations, of LORD’S POWER, Ex. 10: 2----THEN ISRAEL TRIBES WOULD KNOW THEIR GOD FOR EVER!

ISRAEL stiff necked, Deut 9: 6
EVERLASTING LIFE TO THOSE WHO KNOW GOD WHO KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS—

SO WE SHOULD KNOW THE MIND OF THE LORD. THE CREATOR GOD WHOM WE SERVE---it is foolish to have thoughts to be equal with Him, Isa 40:25, Isa 46:5--To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like? (PCG leaders should understand their FOLLY!)

LORD makes the eternal covenant with house of ISRAEL and house of Judah, Heb 8: 8, --although they were divided in history during Rehoboam’s time,--- in the END TIME THEY ARE TOGETHER, Jer 3:18.
According to LORD’S WILL, Philadelphia Church of God was the endtime church which had the above responsibility, and-----as Gerald Flurry, their leader had shown in his booklets, he did accept his duty of both houses. (he is the prophet “WHO HATH BEEN” , Eze. 2:5, 33: 33.
Eze. 16: 8 records that Philadelphia Church of God had that responsibility of the covenant LORD had with them, but they failed, Eze. 16: 59, (gentiles, {us} know of that iniquity, Eze. 39: 21-23), AND THE LORD IS MAKING THE EVERLASTING COVENANT WITH THEM AGAIN, PROVIDING THE ATONEMENT THAT IS NECESSARY, Eze. 16: 60-63, other ISRAEL called out, Jn 6: 44, will be DAUGHTERS OF Philadelphia Church of God (PCG), VS. 61!
IT IS THE LORD’S DECISION, the world is His, HIS WILL TO BE DONE!

Abraham’s –Isaac’s –Jacob’s –David’s names would be preserved if ISRAEL name continues---if ISRAEL keep God’s laws of holiness, they would continue being God’s chosen who has the eternal covenant!
We should remember how Shiloh and Eli’s house were destroyed, they are not considered as blessed people of God.
Jer 7:12 But go ye now unto My place which was in Shiloh, where I set My name at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of My people Israel.
Jos 18:1- Jos 19:51-- Jos 21:2- 1Sa 1:3—1 Sam 3: 11-14-18-20 (Samuel chosen instead of Eli ---1Sa 4:4-- 13 And when he came, lo, Eli sat upon a seat by the wayside watching: for his heart trembled for the ark of God.-- 18 And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died:-- 22 And she said, The glory is departed from Israel: for the ark of God is taken.
In those chapters it is said how Eli and his sons died, as Eli did not judge his sons to correct them.
Well, if PCG thinks they could hide from God, they are mistaken—remember Jonah! Or the God who controls the nature!—pcg may broadcast news of such---BUT WHO PERFORMS THEM? – Mt 10:30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Jer 8:7 Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but My people know not the judgment of the LORD.
All people of God should know that God is a God of Judgment,
Whatever words of God repeated are safer for the hearers,
Ph 3:1---Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe.

WHEN PCG HAD BROKEN COVENANT AND STILL WAITS IN GOD’S TEMPLE---he is the abomination of desolation standing in the MOST HOLY PLACE, Mt 24:15, Da 9:27, Da 12:11, ? he errs as the Assyrian, Isa 14: 25, 26?
he was shown Ezekiel temple, and HE ONLY COMMANDED HIS HELPERS TO DRAW THE PLAN OF THAT TEMPLE, IGNORING THE ORDINANCES HE WAS ASKED TO KEEP, Eze. 43: 18-27?—IT IS PCG LEADER Gerald Flurry WHO TOOK OVER TO DRAW PLANS OF Ezekiel temple!---He required the students to draw the plan!
BUT HE IGNORES THE ORDINANCES OF THE TEMPLE, WHICH ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT TO BE SANCTIFIED!
ANY WAY---GOD IS ABLE TO HUMBLE THIS LEADER---IN HIS TIME, IT WILL BE DONE!
God sent the PCG leaders to Babylon (many nations), Eze. 12: 10-15, and LORD brings them from that captivity from many nations,
Jer 34: 34 But they set their abominations in the house, which is called by my name, to defile it.--- 36-- It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;
37 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in Mine anger, and in My fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:
38 And they shall be My people, and I will be their God:
39 And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear Me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:
40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from Me.
41 Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with My whole heart and with My whole soul.
42 For thus saith the LORD; Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them.
THOSE PROMISES ARE FOR ISRAEL HIS PEOPLE!

We should note---GOD PROMISES TO David of a permanent place for ISRAEL, LORD’S people, and a throne of David’s -----where his seed would RULE ISRAEL.
(please notice----by the fact that gentiles serve JESUS CHRIST as David, Zec 12: 8-10, keeping fasts , supplications, Zec 8: 19, as LORD leads with supplications, Jer 31: 9, ---ONE SHOULD UNDERSTAND that David type of men (1 ki 2: 2-5, who would have a heart after God’s heart to DO HIS WILL, ----could be David’s SEED!----GENTILES are NOT DESCENDANTS OF DAVID!----YET GOD IS AWESOME---HE WOULD KNOW WHO SHOULD RULE ISRAEL AS David, when HE ESTABLISHES ISRAEL IN NEW JERUSALEM!
Gentiles of Re 11: 2, two of a family, Jer 3: 14, are pastors of God, GIVEN ACCORDING TO GOD’S HEART, to feed ISRAEL with knowledge and understanding, Jer 3: 15. (any servant of God, should explain prophecies with biblical interpretations, 2Pe 1:20, therefore it is the responsibility of readers to judge from the WORD OF GOD!---as some are sure to fall, 1 Tim 4: 1-3,
It happened to LEADERS OF ISRAEL CHURCH –they STUMBLED, Isa 28:7 , Jer 18:15, proud stumble, Jer 50:32, stumbled towards NORTH, Jer 46: 6)
STUMBLING BLOCK WHEN RIGHTEOUS TURNS WICKED--
LORD lays a stumbling block when righteous turns wicked-- Eze 3:20—IT IS GIVING statutes that are not good, Eze. 20: 24 , 25—when LORD’s judgments are not executed, or despised His statutes, polluted sabbaths, and gone after idols---LORD allows them to do inconvenient things!
(Eze. 20: 25 Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live;----THAT IS TURNING TO BE WICKED, BY STUMBLING)---THAT IS FOR ISRAEL----
IN THE SAME WAY---when gentiles do not keep Sabbaths in faith, (Isa 56: 4-7 they who took hold of covenant and Sabbaths), --then when they pollute Sabbaths and TURN WICKED (by departing from faith, 1 Tim 4: 1-3), ---they are GIVEN A DEBASED MIND! Rom 1: 28-32—which makes them DIE AGAIN, VS. 32!
Rulers of ISRAEL people of God, Ro 9: 4,6, should be of David type , 1 Ki 2: 2-5, worshipping God as David did so marvellously, 1 Chr 23, 24, 25, GLORIFYING THE RULER OF THE WORLD, THE CREATOR GOD!
A GOVERNOR FOR ISRAEL IS ALREADY PLANNED BY GOD, Jer 30: 21, their place and governor–Jer 30: 18-21)
David was special to ISRAEL, because ISRAEL WAS SPECIAL TO GOD, 2Sa 5:1-12
2 Sam 5: 12-- David perceived that the LORD had established him king over Israel, and that He had exalted his kingdom for His people Israel’s sake. David was humble before God to praise Him any way, 2 Sam 6: 21-22, (rulers of ISRAEL church should be like that).
---2 SAM 7: 8-- say unto My servant David, ‘Thus says the LORD of hosts: "I took you from the sheepfold, from following the sheep, to be ruler over My people, over Israel.
9-- I was with thee---- have made thee a great name, like unto the name of the great men that are in the earth.
10 Moreover I will appoint a place for My people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more, as beforetime,
12 And when thy days be fulfilled, and thou shalt sleep with thy fathers, I will set up thy seed after thee, which shall proceed out of thy bowels, and I will establish his kingdom.
What we should notice is that GOD SO LOVES HIS PEOPLE ISRAEL, HE REQUIRES RULERS TO BE OF DAVID TYPE , SO THAT the ruler will TAKE CARE OF GOD’S SHEEP and strengthen God’s people to worship and glorify their GOD in the manner HE CHOOSES!

2 Sam 7: 14 I will be his father, and he shall be My son. If he commit iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, and with the stripes of the children of men:
16 And thine house and thy kingdom shall be established for ever before thee: thy throne shall be established for ever.
In these present times, LORD chose to correct His people ISRAEL and their rulers, THROUGH THE ROD OF GENTILES, SO THAT ETERNAL THINGS COULD BE DONE!
PCG broke covenant, Eze. 16: 59, through non sanctified strangers in altar, Eze. 44: 7, WHEN ISRAEL cannot allow others to perform their work of serving God, Le 22: 25, THEREFORE---no more prophet, Ps. 74: 9, ----GOD MADE Eze. 16: 8 COVENANT with PCG VOID---and profaned the crown of prophet, ---Ps 89:39 -God profaned the SANCTUARY too, Eze. 24: 21, after taking the wife of prophet with a stroke, Eze. 24: 16!
SINCE PCG HAS THE PROMISE OF THE NEW COVENANT, but since they broke the covenant, they were CHASTENED WITH THE ROD OF MEN (by our gentile work, Re 11: 2-4, La 1: 15, the burden of Assyrian given to the gentiles, Isa 14: 25,26), they would be corrected, and forgiven---THEN CHIDREN OF WICKEDNESS will not afflict ISRAEL sheep of God, again!
NOTICE—IT IS David’s seed THAT WOULD RULE ISRAEL , CARRYING THE great NAME OF DAVID (2 Sam 7: 9), GOD KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING, HE IS THE GREAT COUNSELLOR, Isa 9: 6.
NOW ALL ISRAEL IS not ISRAEL---but those who have the covenant rights and God’s service, Ro 9: 4,6!

When GOD corrects, PCG would be ashamed-as they had done great works of ERROR IN THE WORLD---THEY WOULD BE SHAMED!--and that would be history of CHOSEN ISRAEL very soon!

Thus the ETERNAL COVENANT could be preserved FOR EVER!---THIS IS A MASTER PLAN OF THE WONDERFUL COUNSELLOR, PRINCE OF PEACE, ALMIGHTY FATHER, JESUS CHRIST , Isa 9: 6!
• Heb 8: 8 For finding fault with them, He saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:-- 9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in My covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.—NOTICE—the covenant is to be made with house of ISRAEL, and house of Judah. (they anointed David king over the house of Judah, 2Sa 2:4, only the house of Judah followed David, vs. 10, Rehoboam, son of Solomon, was king over Judah, 1Ki 12:21, 23, THAT MEANS house of Judah is what descended from David, JESUS CHRIST too came as BRANCH OF Righteousness ruling as SCEPTRE of Judah, Jer 33: 15, RULING ISRAEL WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF DAVID’S DESCENDANTS, 1Ch 28:4---Ge 49: 9,10.
JESUS CHRIST came to rule ISRAEL in the last days when PCG failed—David, son of that Ephrathite of Bethlehemjudah, whose name was Jesse, 1Sa 17:12, --- everlasting JESUS CHRIST came from Bethlehem Ephratah, Judah, Mic 5:2---as branch of Righteousness, Jer 33: 15, gentiles trusted in root of Jesse, Isa 11:10, Ro 15:12. JESUS CHRIST is GOD OF WHOLE EARTH, WHEN HE WORKS, HE WOULD ESTABLISH GREAT THINGS---THE EVERLASTING COVENANT!
HE WOULD NOT FAIL AS ANY MEN! HE HAS POWER TO DO ANYTHING!
• Judah’s responsibility (David’s) were given to Philadelphia Church of God leader, Isa 22: 20-24, but he was cut off, vs. 25, Ps. 74: 9, THEN, JESUS CHRIST CAME AS ROOT OF JESSE, GENTILES TRUSTING IN HIM, Isa 11:10, Ro 15:12, thus the remnant of gentiles got that responsibility---2Ki 19:30 --(Isa 37:31 And the remnant who have escaped of the house of Judah Shall again take root downward, And bear fruit upward), GENTILES AS DAVID, Zec 12: 8, IN HOUSE OF GOD, Isa 56: 4-7. these gentiles the poor, Isa 14: 30, were given land in Judah, they were not taken to Babylon, Jer 39: 10, that is why in Isa 37: 31 they work to BEAR FRUIT UPWARD, AND IT WILL BE DONE, Eze. 47: 22. (PCG ministry were taken to Babylon, Eze. 12: 10-15, gentiles were not taken, but given land in Judah to plant, Jer 39: 10).

• AFTER GENTILE WORK IS OVER, THOSE INVOLVED IN BEARING FRUIT AMONG ISRAEL, WOULD BE COUNTED AS NATIVE ISRAEL, Eze. 47: 22.
NOW---PCG is in north---(north is a parable)---RESPONSIBILITY OF HOUSES OF ISRAEL AND JUDAH—WAS IN THE HANDS OF THE PROPHET OF LAST ERA, Eze. 16: 8, Isa 22: 20-24, therefore when they failed , Eze. 16: 59, they stumbled into North, Jer 46: 6 and they are captives of NORTH, Jer 23: 7-8, they are to come out from captivity from North, Jer 23: 7,8----
Jer 3:18 "In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given as an inheritance to your fathers.-----Philadelphia Church of God HAD THE RESPONSIBILITY AS HOUSE OF ISRAEL and house of Judah to rule the people of spiritual ISRAEL, Ro 9; 4,6—mainly the ministry should know how to maintain the standards of LORD’S SANCTUARY, AND LEAD THE PEOPLE OF GOD TO WORSHIP HIM AS HE WILLS.----that is why ministry has to be purified in Mal 3: 2,3—ministry is responsible EVEN IF PEOPLE REBEL, as ministry should guard God’s things!

• GOD HAS A SOLUTION WHEN HE MAKES THE ETERNAL COVENANT—
Heb 8: 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put My laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to Me a people:
11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know Me, from the least to the greatest.
12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.—NO BODY COULD PRETEND AS SINLESS! All are sinners, all have to be FORGIVEN through the ATONEMENT OF JESUS CHRIST!

RE 22: 4 And they shall see His face;-----THEREFORE, WITHOUT BAPTIZM UNTO HIS DEATH, NONE COULD BE IN NEW JERUSALEM! Re 21, --22 speak of new Jerusalem!

HERE IS GOD’S WILL FOR HIS PEOPLE—
Ps. 78: 1- Give ear, O My people, to My law: incline your ears to the words of My mouth.
2 I will open My mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:--3 Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.--4 We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and His strength, and His wonderful works that He hath done.
5 For He established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which He commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:--6 That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep His commandments:---8 And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.
THAT IS THE WAY THE WORDS OF THE COVENANT WOULD BE PASSED FROM ONE GENERATION TO THE NEXT GENERATION ---SO THAT IT WOULD BE FOREVER!
We should learn His ways in Sanctuary , the Sanctuary laws, Laws towards one another. In Isa 66: 23, we see how all flesh would worship Him on Sabbaths, new moons. Then why did Paul say the following--
• Col 2:16,17 --16 --Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:--17 Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
All are sinners, now the PCG is not even keeping new moons, although David did, 1 Chr 23: 30-31, H.W.Armstrong did not find from 1 Chr 23: 30-31.
Isa 1: 12-17 ---“says new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.--- they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.--- 16 - Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;---17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.---18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;
SUCH WAS THE POSITION---they had to be cleansed—forgiven---through the LORD’s sacrifice---THEY HAD TO UNDERSTAND THE THINGS IN THE “CUP OF BLESSING” for Passover to be redeemed from sin! People follow leaders---leaders are to be corrected---Levi HAD TO BE PURGED, Mal 3: 2—
AS THE OLD COVENANT HAD TO BE ABOLISHED, AND A NEW COVENANT TO BE MADE---THERE WAS NO POINT IN JUDGING Sabbaths OR new moons!--That is why Paul said not to judge on new moons and Sabbaths---because the people did not live by it according to His righteousness.

• The sacrifices of bulls and goats are fleshy ordinances until the time of reformation-Heb 9:10 those were done as ordinances of the first covenant in a earthly sanctuary, Heb 9:1
Animal sacrifices were a shadow of good things to come, Heb 10:1-7. God did not desire those, vs 8. Therefore He establishes the second covenant which is eternal through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ once and for all( vs 8-10). Therefore His grace and mercy shown to make the eternal covenant with house of Israel should not be counted as a small thing and insult the spirit of grace. You would be seriously punished if the house of Israel or the gentiles who were called does not HONOUR THE SPIRIT OF GRACE OF JESUS CHRIST -Heb 10:26-31.
Gentiles had to endure,(keeping laws of faith to receive the promise for He will come, vs 35-39, Re 22:12, 48: 35)
• Christ made Himself as a sacrifice to save everyone once and for all and that is the seriousness of His sacrifice which cannot be taken lightly.—

He should be feared, who could stand before Him when He is angry, Ps 76:7
He only can redeem His people, Ps 77:15
HOW WAS PCG LEADER BECAME CHILDLESS SPIRITUALLY , AND HOW DOES JESUS CHRIST RECTIFY THAT PROBLEM?

• that means no Israel children born after him, since the name of ISRAEL is cut off, –Ez 13:9
• THAT MEANS---No more generation.
• Then, how to make eternal covenant without a generation-
• That is why the LORD’S sacrifice has to be exalted to see a seed of Israel, Is 53:10

Therefore earlier covenant was made obsolete with changed laws.
Heb 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, of necessity there is also a change of the law. LORD changed the laws fulfilling with love, they are Ro 13: 8-10.
THE LORD COULD HELP WITHOUT LIMITS----HE EVEN ADDED THE LOVE THAT IS NECESSARY WHEN THEY TAKE THE Baptizm unto His death, Ro 6: 3-7, which gives His rigteousness, unto Holiness, vs 19, 22, when they raise as new men, they would be given the new spirit, and along with HIS SPIRIT, HE ADDS LOVE—
RO 5: 5--the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.--6- For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
WHEN ISRAEL SEEKS BAPTIZM UNTO HIS DEATH, THEY WOULD BE HELPED BY JESUS CHRIST TO MAKE THE ETERNAL COVENANT , ALL PRAISE BE TO THE GOD OF WISDOM, ALMIGHTY FATHER, JESUS CHRIST, Isa 8: 6, AMEN AND AMEN.
