PSALM 83

Isa 28:21  For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, He shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that He may do His work, His strange work; and bring to pass His act, His strange act.

Inhabitants of Gibeon had made peace with Israel, and were among them, Gibeon was a great city, Jos 10: 1, 2,  ---- the kings mentioned in vs. 3-5 came against Gibeon.

men of Gibeon required help of Joshua, vs. 6, ---and vs. 7-14 says that Joshua prayed to God, and how the LORD helped them to win over those kings, they died, LORD even rained hailstones from heaven, and upon Joshua’s request, made the SUN STAND STILL FOR A WHOLE DAY!

NOW IN THESE END TIME LORD DOES A SHORT WORK, RO 9: 28, HE EVEN MADE A Pharaoh, vs. 17.

Similarly---in the LORD’S WORK , in prophecies, we find many names of people and names of cities, countries! Prophecies concern JESUS CHRIST, Lk 24: 44.

And we cannot EXPLAIN PROPHECIES privately,

2Pe 1:20  Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

LORD had given many symbols and visions through prophets, Hos 12: 10—

Then THOSE SYMBLOS AND VISIONS ARE TO BE INTERPRETED ACCORDING TO SCRIPTURES!

LORD had given many symbols to prophets, Hos 12: 10---we gentile servants of the LORD, Re 11: 10, are to explain them through bible interpretations, since we serve the LORD, Eze. 30: 3, when ISRAEL leaders were asked to look down and go towards darkness, Eze. 12: 6, 12, TO MANY COUNTRIES, Eze. 12: 3-15, as they had done abominations as mentioned in Ezekiel chapters 8---11!

In Eze. 9: 6, the leaders were even killed spiritually!

Eze. 12: 11  Say, I am your sign: like as I have done, so shall it be done unto them: they shall remove and go into captivity.

(in vs. 3-10 say how the son of man {prophet} went into captivity, and that all others are to follow his sign TO GO INTO CAPTIVITY, the burden is the prince Alex Harrison who took Bamah ministers into the altar of east, Eze. 11. WHEN ISRAEL give their responsibilities of SANCTUARY to strangers, they BREAK A LAW OF SANCTUARY, Le 22; 25. Gerald Flurry listened to Alex Harrison, Jer 17: 5, and made all the ministers commit COVENANT BREAKING SIN, Eze. 44: 7, Jer 51: 51.

LORD SENT THEM INTO CAPTIVITY IN Babylon , the land of Chaldeans AND other NATIONS,

Eze. 12: 13  My net also will I spread upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; yet shall he not see it, though he shall die there.

14  And I will scatter toward every wind all that are about him to help him, and all his bands; and I will draw out the sword after them.

15  And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countries.

NOW , JESUS CHRIST IS GOD OF ISRAEL ---HE IS LEADER OF CHURCH, OWNER OF CHURCH---

HE IS POTTER OF ISRAEL—

Just as He said He will break the pots so that there would not be  SHERD FOUND---

Isa 30:14---HE CREATES PEOPLE IN HIS LAND , ZION, JERUSALEM----it is the church!

In Eze. 16: 2, LORD REQUIRED prophet to speak to Jerusalem to tell of their abominations. Gerald Flurry was the king and priest, Isa 22: 20-24, who made the covenant of youth, Eze. 16: 8, and LORD gave all things to them, Eze. 16: 8-14.

When they broke the covenant , LORD sent them into captivity-, Eze. 12: 10-15--AND THEN SAID HE WOULD PERFORM HIS WORDS WITHOUT A DELAY—in the same chapter, Eze. 12: 25-28!

LORD had written of Babylon ---how did Babylon come into the scene?

Ps. 87 EXPLAINS HOW LORD ESTABLISHED Babylon and some other nations and some people who ARE COUNTED AS BORN IN ZION—

Ps. 87: 1 - A Psalm or Song for the sons of Korah. His foundation is in the holy mountains.

2  The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.

3  Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah.

4 - I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know Me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this man was born there.

5  And of Zion it shall be said, This and that man was born in her: and the highest Himself shall establish her.

6  The LORD shall count, when He writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah.

7  As well the singers as the players on instruments shall be there: all my springs are in thee.

God also said of the famine IN Eze. CH 12----–THEY WOULD THUS HAVE FAMINE OF THE WORD, Amos 8: 11, WHILE IN CAPTIVITY--

Eze. 12: 18  Son of man, eat thy bread with quaking, and drink thy water with trembling and with carefulness;

19  And say unto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord GOD of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and of the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread with carefulness, and drink their water with astonishment, that her land may be desolate from all that is therein, because of the violence of all them that dwell therein.

20  And the cities that are inhabited shall be laid waste, and the land shall be desolate; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

Gerald Flurry wrote (in Ezekiel booklet of his), that he is “son of man” of Ezekiel and that “son of man” phrase is written 87 times in book of Ezekiel in bible!

LOOK , THE ABOVE VSS SAY OF THE FAMINE---Eze. 12: 18, 19—all these has to be experienced by this prophet who hat been Eze. 2: 5, as written in Eze. 24: 24!

Eze. 24: 24  Thus Ezekiel is unto you a sign: according to all that he hath done shall ye do: and when this cometh, ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD.

The ISRAEL LORD IS CONCERNED IS THE CHURCH—

Ro 9: 4-6—

4  Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;

6-- Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect---For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:

What do you understand?—

LORD’S WORDS IS NOT EFFECTIVE AMONG ALL ISRAEL! LORD’S words do not fulfill in the physical lands of ISRAEL---but THE WORD OF GOD IS EFFECTIVE AND FULFILLS among ISRAEL whom He called, who has the covenant, who got His laws, who does His services!

NOW Philadelphia Church of God SHOULD SEE THAT THE PROPHECIES ARE FULFILLING AMONGST THEM!

We gentiles were the poor among PCG!  Gerald Flurry and Alex Harrison judged us unrighteously--- and LORD WANTS THEM TO LEARN TO DO JUSTLY, AND HONOUR GOD’S WORDS without EXALTING themselves as GOD—

Gerald Flurry said he magnifies his office—he further taught that they are CAPITAL “G” GODS! ---so Isa 14: 13 had happened among this leader of PCG!

AS KING AND PIREST---he had the responsibility to correct anyone else if they said so!—he should guard God’s things, as Aaron or David would have done!

BUT IN THIS CASE---it is the LEADER himself EXALTING against GOD!

Isa 40:6--All flesh is grass,-- Isa 40:7  The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the LORD bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.

Isa 40:8  The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

PEOPLE AS GRASS ------IS GIVEN RAIN IN END TIME--

When JESUS CHRIST comes in clouds, Eze. 30: 3 (CLOUDS), it is a rainy time (RAIN), Hos 6: 3—

Zec 10:1  Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

SO SYMBOLS GALORE, Hos 12: 10!

We cannot take prophecies LITERALLY!

LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING PSALM 87---LORD WHO IS THE OWNER OF ISRAEL HIS PEOPLE, AND THE CHURCH, SAYS HE WOULD NAME PEOPLE WHO WOULD BE BORN ---HE WOULD MENTION NAMES OF PEOPLE AND CITIES TO WHOM HE HAD

MADE HIMSELF KNOWN-- ---then they would know---LORD says He made Himself known to good figs, (we had explained that good figs are those of Tarshish –the articles of Tarshish explain—in --http://www.restoringcaptivity.com )

Jer 24: 5-7 (they the gentiles are silver smiths, Jer 24: 1, from Tarshish, Jer 10: 9, working with silver, which are WORDS OF GOD purified SEVEN TIMES, Ps. 12: 6). –THEY ARE ALSO SCRIBES OF HEAVEN, Mt 13: 52, they were raised in heaven, Eph 2: 5,6, as they were raised and cleansed by His blood, Eph 2: 13, although some of them could fall, 1 Tim 4: 2.

Mt 13: 31-32---kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof,

Now Ps. 83 shows some who were born in ZION--11  Make their nobles like Oreb, and like Zeeb: yea, all their princes as Zebah, and as Zalmunna:

12  Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.

So LORD had made princes --------as --------Zeeb--Zebah—Zalmunna—

Princes are compared to THOSE CITIES!

IF YOU SAY---ZEEB-----IT IS A PRINCE—A MINISTER WHO GOT ROYALTY, Eze. 16: 13!

IF YOU SAY---ZEBAH---IT IS A PRINCE!

IF YOU SAY---ZALMUNNA---IT IS A PRINCE!

And these PRINCES HAD TAKEN GOD’S HOUSES TO THEIR POSSESSION!

WHAT GOD GAVE IN Ezekiel 16: 8-14 ARE IN THEIR POSSESSION---they HAD BECOME THE OWNERS OF GOD’S CHURCH, without using them for GOD’S PURPOSE!

Ps. 83: 6-12

Ps. 83: 12--  Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession.

The countries mentioned in Ps. 83: 6-11 are taking possession of HOUSES OF GOD!

WHICH COUNTRY DID COME TO TAKE HOUSES OF GOD? houses of God are the CHURCHES NAMED AFTER HIS NAME, led by the ministers---of GOD’S CHURCHES!

THEN----DID THOSE COUNTRIES MENTIONED IN Ps. 83; 6-11 COME TO TAKE GOD’S CHURCHES?

Philadelphia Church of God believes in H.W.Armstrong’s false prophecies!

This Ps. 83 speaks of the leaders of Philadelphia Church of God acting as leaders of those countries which come against CHURCH OF GOD, LAND OF ISRAEL, through his voice, which is like a lion, destroying the land of God, Jer 2: 30!

SO ALL PROPHECIES CONCERNING NATIONS—COUNTRIES ARE EXPLAINING OF Philadelphia Church of God!

·                                 7--UNLESS THE LORD BRINGS UP HIS LIFE, HE HAD NO WAY OUT! ---WHEN HE REALISED HIS PLIGHT, HE KNEW THE DELIVERANCE IS OF THE LORD---SO HE PRAYED TOWARDS HIS HOLY TEMPLE! JESUS CHRIST is the answer!

·                                 8—those who regard idols are foolish, they FORSAKE THE MERCY OF GOD! ---

·                                 9---but Jonah made his SACRIFICE OF THE LIPS, Heb 13:15---THANKING HIM, as SALVATION IS OF THE LORD! offer the sacrifice of praise to JESUS CHRIST

If we think of the plight of Laodecians ---they are in night, darkness, LORD brought them to seas, La 2; 13, pit, Sheol, Isa 14:15, Isa 28:15, like the weeds in belly of Jonah, Laodecians could have maggots, worms, Isa 14:11-- Sheol nor death cannot thank or praise God, Isa 38:18---So like Jonah they should cry unto JESUS CHRIST to deliver them! They should understand that like Jonah they are without God, they are unable to come to the Temple of God UNLESS THE LORD DELIVERS THEM!

Laodecians in the seas, La. 2: 13—LORD sent them into captivity, they are in nations, Eze. 12: 3-15, unknown nations, Eze. 32: 9,  (LORD uses many parables for He is building the Kingdom of God, Mt 13: 34, 35).
