JESUS CHRIST REVIVES SABBATHS

Jer. 17: 21-27—LORD’S COMMAND —is to hallow Sabbaths as in the days of ISRAEL FATHERS-Ezekiel  temple requires Sabbath, new moon days, Eze. 46: 1, 3,

(READ more commands on Sabbaths in this article)--Sabbaths are a sign between God and His worshippers,- they are to hallow Sabbaths, Eze.20:20 but last era church profaned  Sabbaths, Eze. 20: 24_, THEN LORD gave them STATUTES and judgments with which THEY COULD NOT LIVE, next vs., 25 (that is the  counsel of God, because the leaders had to be made to understand what would happen when they differ from God’s judgments). God too profaned the Sanctuary Eze. 24: 21. LORD refused ISRAEL worship as they are profaned Sabbaths and new moons, Isa. 1: 12-15.

When leaders of people who had made the covenant stray from LORD’S judgments, they become wicked--Therefore, as a result--- leaders of last era church created violence among members (disfellowshipping, breaking family ties, not caring for widows and others etc.) God does not encourage such, Jer. 23. Then leaders were slain by word of God, Hos 6: 5, LORD had a writer to slay, Eze. 9: 6, to slay with God’s swords, which are word of God, Eph. 6: 17. (all those who were sad for abominations of church, Eze. 9: 4{the gentiles} were not killed by words, Eze. 9: 4-7). They took hold of Sabbaths and covenant, Isa. 56: 4-7.

Even those once purified too have to guard themselves NOT TO DEPART FROM FAITH, 1 Tim 4: 1, meaning, AFTER GOD GIVES KNOWLEDGE, WE CANNOT SERVE SIN, ---if you sin, LORD GIVES A DEBASED MIND, SO THAT THEY DIE AGAIN –Rom. 1: 28—this happened to some of the above gentiles,---(please understand, Rom. 6: 3-22 purification makes alive to serve God in Righteousness unto Holiness, --and --those who come near to God, to do services of God, should be ALIVE to God, DEAD to sin). (Gentiles got His spirit, Joel 2: 28, {they are life giving words, Jn 6: 63, which is knowledge of Christ}, -they were cleansed by His blood, Eph. 2: 13 {vs. 11-13}). We should honor the BLOOD of the covenant; we could fall into the vengeance of JESUS CHRIST, otherwise, Heb. 10: 29, 30.

LORD gives a  debased mind, IF WE DO NOT ACT UPON THE GIVEN KNOWLEDGE, Rom. 1: 28-32 (vs. 32 says they who commit such things, knowing the judgment of God, deserves death!) now some gentiles after getting knowledge of God, had committed such things, so they deserve severe punishments than for sinning under law of Moses, Heb. 10: 26-31. They should have continued to exercise brotherly love which they had earlier, vs. 32, (but they did not continue), so just as ISRAEL who were made to live, Eze. 16: 6, sinned, and they died, some gentiles had become slaves of sin again, which we cannot do after getting light of JESUS CHRIST through His blood, Rom. 6: 6, 2 Tim 2: 19. They would be saved if  they repent when God leads to repentance, Rom. 2:4. God does not like any believer to perish, Jn 3: 16. If they do not repent,--no entrance to New Jerusalem, Rev. 21: 8, Therefore—this is a great lesson to ISRAEL who are about to come out of captivity, as we see the LORD is pouring His spirit to give knowledge of Him, Eze.39; 28, 29, and as the Passover is approaching.  Last era church went to Bamah, Eze. 20; 29, and committed covenant breaking sin, Eze. 44:7, gentiles knew it. Gentiles served coming near to God, in house of prayer, taking hold of covenant and Sabbaths, Isa. 56: 4-7. So they were expected to serve Him in Righteousness unto Holiness, Rom. 6: 19, 22, keeping the covenant and Sabbaths. When people of God are made to understand God’s ways, they should repent!

LORD refused ISRAEL worship with profaned Sabbaths and new moons, Isa. 1: 12-15. (last era Church does not even keep new moons!). Therefore, ISRAEL of Rom. 9: 4,6,  have to be cleansed, Isa. 1: 16-18, with the atonement of JESUS CHRIST, Eze.16: 63. JESUS CHRIST REVIVES them, AS IN THE DAY OF David, Amos 9: 11. David and Levites offered wonderful services, 1 Chr 23: 30-31 (worshipping on Sabbaths, new moons, holy days), 1 Chr 25, and Solomon was taught by David to do likewise, 2 Chr 5: 12-14. LORD dwells among ISRAEL, if they keep ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS and JUDGMENTS, 1 Kg 6: 11. Nothing was in the ark except LORD’S 2 tablets (concerning law), 2 Chr. 5; 10. BUT NOW H.W. Armstrong’s books are included!

JESUS CHRIST establishes David’s way! Amos 9: 11. This is seen in Isa.66: 22-23, just as HE ESTABLISHES new heavens and new earth, worshipping on Sabbaths, new moons by all flesh WOULD BE ESTABLISHED!-Isa. 66: 22,23. When new heavens and new earth is established, New Jerusalem would be seen—then New Jerusalem, the bride of JESUS CHRIST, would also keep and be busy with the WORSHIP SERVICES OF NEW JERUSALEM on Sabbaths, and new moons!

Jer. 17: 21-27—LORD’S WILL IN SABBATHS—to hallow Sabbaths as in the days of ISRAEL FATHERS---not to bring any burden, or take out BURDENS out of houses, nor do any work! LORD REPAIRES –RESTORES streets to dwell, while we serve Him in Righteousness, Isa. 58: 12. Isa. 58: 13-14—when you obey God to make the Sabbaths a delight according to His judgments, He will bless with inheritance of ISRAEL. LORD had warned ISRAEL, Deut. 8: 11-14, according to Jer. 17. We should find Sabbath laws from book of Moses to find how fathers did, Jer. 17: 21-27. Read Exo, 20—Lev. 23 (holy days also to be as Sabbath rest)—Exo 16; 4-35—Deut 5—Deut 6 –a lesson from NEHEMIAH—Ne 12: 15-22- says He commanded Levi to sanctify Sabbath day, as there were burdens brought into Jerusalem on Sabbath days (fish and all kinds of goods). He also commanded not to marry pagan women, Ne 12: 23-30. SO THESE ARE LESSONS FROM FATHERS.

When God makes the covenant with ISRAEL of Eze. 16: 60-62, and with all flesh, Gen. 9: 16, all flesh would know that He establishes His Sanctuary in the midst of ISRAEL, Eze. 37: 27, 28. We, His people, who worship Him should remember TO HALLOW our GOD AND HIS SANCTUARY,  His way is in Sanctuary, Ps. 77: 13. Worshipping Sabbaths and New moons would be established, Isa. 66: 22, 23, and ALL TRANSGRESSORS AGAINST GOD’S JUDGMENTS would be seen in _{Isa. 66: 24.} 

Reminding Ezekiel temple ordinances—7 days when captives return, Eze. 43: 18-27 (then they would be accepted in temple, vs. 27), 1^st day and 7^th day of 1^st month, Eze. 45: 18-20,  and then Passover, on 14^th day evening, Ex 12:18, Le 23:5, Passover and Unleavened Bread seven days, Eze.45: 21.
