BIBLICALLY THAT JOHN FULFILLED THE COURSE OR THE ROLE OF ELIJAH

JOHN FULFILLED ELIJAH’S ROLE—
Acts
13: 24-- When John had first preached before His coming the baptism of
repentance to all the people of Israel.—25-And as John fulfilled his course,
he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one
after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose. ---FULFILLED HIS COURSE AS ELIJAH, vs. 25! Ac 19:4 -Then said
Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the
people, that they should believe on Him which should come after
him, that is, on Christ Jesus.---NOTICE—“JOHN HAD PREACHED BEFORE JESUS CHRIST
CAME, that they have to repent, AND THAT THEY SHOULD BELIEVE ON JESUS CHRIST” as
said by Paul!- ----Paul WITNESSED THAT
JOHN POINTED TO JESUS CHRIST!—TO HIS BAPTIZM!—
Therefore John prepared the
way for JESUS CHRIST!--- Mal 3:1
Behold, I will send My messenger, and he shall prepare the way before
Me:
“John
fulfilled his course as Elijah” Acts 13:
24, 25, Mt 17: 12, 13-- John the Baptist showed that people need
the baptizm of JESUS CHRIST, Mt 3:3 , Mr 1:4 , Mt 3:11 -- Joh 1:33 -- he that cometh after me
is mightier than I, He that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto
me, Upon whom thou
shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, the same is He which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.--- Ac 1:5
For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the
Holy Ghost not many days hence.---Ac 11:16
Then remembered
I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John
indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.—
JOHN’S baptizm DIFFERS from the BAPTIZM OF
JESUS CHRIST!
Mt 17: 12--Elias is come already,13--Then the disciples understood that
He spake unto them of John the Baptist.-- Ac 13:24 When John had first preached before
His coming the baptism of repentance to all the

And as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I

John did not exalt his baptizm—HE KNEW THE
NEED OF LORD’S BAPTIZM FOR HIS PEOPLE, ISRAEL!
H.W.Armstrong DID NOT PREACH LORD’S CROSS THROUGH
WHICH ONE GETS LORD’S BAPTIZM, Rom. 6: 3-7. H.W.Armstrong WAS AGAINST CROSS, WE
WERE ASKED NOT TO HONOUR “A CROSS” which he said is a method to
kill!---thereby, PEOPLE OF GOD FORGOT LORD’S CROSS!—even Paul preached nothing
but JESUS CHRIST and Him crucified, 1 Co 2: 2, and the gospel of cross, as was
Paul’s commission, 1Co 1:17—H.W.Armstrong FULFILLING THE ROLE
OF ELIJAH IS NOT BIBLICAL---BUT JOHN FULFILLING THE COURSE OF ELIJAH IS
BIBLICAL!-- 2Pe 1:20- Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the
scripture is of any private interpretation. –In
fact H.W.Armstrong taught of “TWO GODS”---WHEN ELIJAH PROVED OF ONE GOD, 1Ki
18:21,—and JOHN POINTED TO THAT ONE GOD, to be BAPTIZED UNTO HIM, POINTING TO
HIS CROSS (and H.W.Armstrong refused His cross!). Paul preached nothing but
JESUS CHRIST and HIM CRUCIFIED, and that is ON THE CROSS! Paul got this baptizm, Ga 2:20- I
am crucified with Christ!
REPENTANTS HAVE TO GET PARDONED THROUGH
LORD’S BAPTIZM, Rom. 6: 3-7. Therefore--John preached the baptizm of JESUS
CHRIST—it is Baptizm unto His death, Rom 6: 3-7, which gives HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS
UNTO HOLINESS, Vs. 19, 22 , to serve Him with LORD’S OWN Righteousness unto
Holiness.
HE GIVES HIS Righteousness unto Holiness only through HIS
SACRIFICE! ---SO JOHN PREPARED FOR THE BAPTIZM OF JESUS CHRIST, WITH WHICH
JESUS CHRIST GIVES HIS LIGHT TO ISRAEL, AS HIS
CHOSEN FIRST FRUITS, Ac 13:24- When John had first
preached before His coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.---the NEED to repentance was preached TO PREPARE THE WAY FOR
CHRIST!

RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO HOLINESS, Vs. 19, 22, to serve Him in His tabernacle, so
that all congregation of His land ISRAEL, and all flesh, (Isa. 66: 23) would be
taught of OBEDIENCE TO THEIR GOD, TO DO HIS COMMANDS.
---they are to be baptized to the death of JESUS CHRIST, to get His

Paul GOT THE BAPTIZM OF JESUS CHRIST ---Paul
got this baptizm, Ga 2:20- I am
crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in
me:
Even John wanted to be
baptized by JESUS CHRIST, Mt 3:14, although John baptized people unto
his baptizm, it is different from the baptizm of JESUS CHRIST, Just as ISRAEL were baptized unto Moses, {1Co 10:2 -- all
baptized unto Moses}, in the last days Baptizm unto His death, Rom 6: 3-7, is
necessary to get the riches of JESUS CHRIST, for kingdom of God!
ENTERING KINGDOM OF GOD---through baptizm of JESUS
CHRIST was preached by John, and then by Paul! Therefore John and Paul prepared
the way of JESUS CHRIST! And the witness work in the end time, testifies for
these things, Rev. 22: 6—
Rev. 22: 7-- Behold, I come quickly:
blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.10 -And He
saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time
is at hand.--11 He that is unjust,
let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still:
and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is
holy, let him be holy still.---12
And, behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to give every
man according as his work shall be.---13
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the
last.---14 Blessed are they that do His commandments, that they may
have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the
city.---15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers,
and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
It is clear that sinners have no place in kingdom of God—they have to be
baptized unto His death, to be forgiven!
2 Pe 1: 11-12--For so an entrance shall
be ministered unto you abundantly
into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.—12-- and
be established in the present truth.---THE ENTRANCE TO
KINGDOM OF GOD IS BY GETTING NEWNESS OF LIFE--seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His
righteousness, Mt 6:33 (His Righteousness could only be
sought by Rom. 6: 3-7, His Righteousness given when you get buried with Him
into His death, Rom. 6: 3-7, 19, 22
--kingdom of God is like a grain of mustard seed, Mr 4:30-31, receive
the kingdom of God as a little child, Mr 10:15, How hardly shall they that have
riches enter into the kingdom of God, Mr 10:23, It is easier for a camel---than
for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God, Mr 10:25, Blessed be ye poor:
for yours is the kingdom of God, Lu 6:20, No man, having put his hand to the
plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God, Lu 9:62, the kingdom of God is within you, Lu 17:21 (kingdom of God is within you because you have to believe
that you are buried into His death, to become a NEWBORN TO ENTER THE HOLIEST,
WHERE JESUS CHRIST IS!)--- Except a man be born again, he cannot
see the kingdom of God, Joh 3:3--Except a man be born
of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God,
Joh 3:5 -- when they believed
Philip preaching the things
concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and
women, Ac 8:12---- NOW THESE VSS. ABOVE
SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR---
KINGDOM OF GOD is within you—you should be
born again—when you believe the name of JESUS CHRIST—you should be BAPTIZED---BORN
OF WATER AND SPIRIT--— (Eph 5:26
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by
the word,---SO THE WORDS OF JESUS CHRIST WASHES TO CLEANSE AND
SANCTIFY)
Acts 2: 38--Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every
one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall
receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.---therefore the
word of God washes you and His spirit is given when you get baptized unto His
name.
STEPS TO FOLLOW--

Seeking
salvation with fear and trembling, Php 2:12.
- Believe that the LORD would forgive all sins committed
in your life through His sacrifice, as said in Rom. 6: 3-8--
- Accept His grace and mercy and wholeheartedly be buried
with Him (understanding the cup of blessing) unto His death, AND BELIEVE
that you would be raised as a NEW MAN, Ro 6: 3-7

Then we get the “likeness of His
resurrection”, vs. 5,

And then we are freed from sin, and
we should not serve sin anymore, vs. 6,
- Through that LORD’s baptizm, we get a NEW HEART, our
STONY HEART is removed!
- We get an entrance to kingdom of God, BECAUSE—unless we
are BORN AGAIN, we cannot enter kingdom of God, Joh 3:3
- All these happen within you---the kingdom of God is
within you, Lu 17:21
Ro 14:17- For the kingdom of God is not
meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 1Co
4:20-- For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.--- 1Co 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not
inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor
idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with
mankind,-- 6:10 Nor thieves, nor
covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the
kingdom of God.---therefore ONE SHOULD REPENT OF SINS,
AND BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST FORGIVES WHEN YOU GO THROUGH BAPTIZM UNTO HIS
DEATH!
Ps.
103:17--But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them
that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;---18 To such as keep His covenant, and to those
that remember His commandments to do them.
SO WE SEE THAT JOHN FULFILLED THE ROLE OF ELIJAH TO
MAKE KNOWN OF THE ONE TRUE GOD, JESUS CHRIST, Isa. 9: 6 (Almighty Father and
Child Jesus, Prince of Peace, Wonderful counselor, is the ONE TRUE GOD, JESUS
CHRIST), Isa. 54: 5 (God of whole earth, the maker and husband of ISRAEL is
JESUS CHRIST), Heb.7; 1-3(God without father or mother), and JESUS CHRIST had
the power to die and resurrect, Jn 10: 18---HE IS ALMIGHTY!
De 30:20 --That thou mayest love the
LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey His voice, and that thou mayest cleave
unto Him: for He is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest
dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac,
and to Jacob, to give them.
ALL PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING BE TO JESUS CHRIST,
THROUGH WHOM HIS PEOPLE WOULD HAVE SALVATION, AMEN AND AMEN.
