GREAT CITY IS EXPLAINED SPIRITUALLY IN Rev. 11: 8 (LORD speaks some things spiritually, some as parables, proverbs and so on).

Here a little there a little principle, Isa 28:10, helps to find spiritual explanations of spiritual words. In Isa. 28: 21 we see that HE IS BRINGING TO PASS HIS SRANGE ACT---THIS ACT WE SEE FROM PROPHECIES, AS LORD’S WORK TO MAKE ALL GENERATIONS OF ISRAEL FEAR HIM (FOREVER), TO CONTINUE THE EVERLASTING PEACE COVENANT HE WOULD MAKE SHORTLY, Eze. 16: 60-63, Eze. 37: 24-28. He gives much knowledge through all vessels He had made---even through the vessels He made FOR DISHONOUR, 2Ti 2:20, FOR DISTRUCTION, Ro 9:21, 22.

Those who sin, dishonour their own bodies--God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, Rom. 1: 24.

1 Co 15: 43 -It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:--44 -It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.--45 -And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

1 Co 2:13--Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Spirit teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

WHICH IS TAUGHT BY HIS HOLY SPIRIT ---is SPIRITUAL

Those who are led by SPIRIT, are not under law, Gal 5: 18, because they are LAWFUL through the SPIRIT!

HIS SPIRIT is life giving words, Jo 6: 63, therefore spiritual things are spoken when LORD works to give newness of life, through BAPTIZM UNTO HIS DEATH, Rom. 6: 3-7! (In God’s church all had John’s immersion baptizm, but to be born again in newness of life, one has to get LORD’S BAPTIZM of Rom. 6: 3-7.   

In Rev. 11; 8 --Sodom and Egypt are written as spiritually spoken, because LORD SHOWS THE SITUATION THAT HAS TO BE CORRECTD TO MAKE THE GREAT CITY AS A NEW CITY---read in this article that GREAT CITY is Jerusalem---which was made tohu and bohu, Jer. 4: 23, and THEREFORE GREAT CITY WOULD BE MADE AS NEW JERUSALEM, Rev. 21: 1-3, THROUGH THE STRANGE ACT OF JESUS CHRIST, Isa 28:21.

Rev. 11:8--And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

JESUS CHRIST went to Jerusalem to be KILLED----Mt 16:21----SO HOLY CITY, THE GREAT CITY WHERE LORD DIED IS Jerusalem! (More written below).

Rev. 11 speaks of the two gentile witnesses, Jer.3: 14, 15, who are given to tread the HOLY CITY, Rev. 11: 2, they tread those of LORD’S TEMPLE, VS. 1. This is the time, Eze. 30: 3, 9,  LORD IS WRATH WITH HIS TEMPLE PRIESTS, IT IS MALACHI PURIFICATION, Mal 3: 1-5, DURING THE TIME HE IS WRATH, Rev. 6: 17. Many articles had explained the LORD’S PARABLES AND ANGER OVER THE PRIESTS WHO HAD BROKEN GOD’S COVENANT, PCG MINISTRY IS RESPONSIBLE, according to LORD’S COUNSEL, Mt 23:36, Mt 24:34---words fulfill in this generation, Eze. 12: 25-28, who were sent into captivity, vv. 13-15.

LORD sent them into captivity, and HE RESTORES THEM, through HIS BLOOD, Zec 9: 11---all His works are seen in http://www.restoringcaptivity.com .

LORD created the gentiles as a seed that declares ISRAEL seed, Ps. 22: 30-31

Unless LORD created the gentile work, ISRAEL would have ended as Sodom—as Rom. 9: 29 says--Ro 9:29 -And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha. (In Rev. 11: 8, holy city is spiritually known as Sodom!)

30 -What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.

31-But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.---32-Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;

33 -As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed.—Gerald Flurry did not believe even Rev. 6: 1, 3,5,7,9, 12, that LAMB opened the seals of Revelations to perform them, Lamb wins the war, Rev. 17: 14, (Which means He made war! ---He performed His war!)---so PCG has to be ashamed, Eze. 43: 10 ---

Gerald Flurry wrote (on 18/ 5/ 2013—Mt 24 transcript in Key of David) that JESUS CHRIST is “just qualified to open the seals; ----He did not open it there, SO THAT THE MEN WOULD UNDERSTAND”!!!!!!!-

So ISRAEL leaders STUMBLED at JESUS CHRIST, and those stumbled fell into NORTH, Jer. 46: 6---(Daniel wrote of NORTH!).

Gentiles believed JESUS CHRIST, Rom. 15: 12,

Isa. 42: 1-- He shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.—4--the isles shall wait for His law.

I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools. (Gentiles times cloudy, then we see RAIN, rain makes RIVERS!)

So the ISLES of GENTILES, (Gen. 10: 4, 5—the gentiles of Tarshish, Isa. 60: 9, ships of Tarshish, Eze. 30; 3, 9) WAIT FOR HIS LAW, Isa. 42: 4 and HAVE FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST, when He came in rain, Hos 6: 3..

PROPHECIES FULFILL IN GOD’S CHURCH WHERE COVENANT IS PLACED, Rom. 9: 4, 6.

IT WAS WITH PCG, Eze. 16: 8, BEFORE THEY BROKE IT, Eze 44: 7. THE JUDGMENTS ARE AGAINST THEM! – Guarding covenant is now on gentiles, Isa. 56: 2-7, but some gentiles had departed from faith, 1 Tim 4; 1-3, so we should see some not honouring the covenant!.

Heb 12: 22-- ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem,---23 -To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven,--- 24  And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, (Gentiles truly serving in covenant, are ministry of New Covenant, 2 Co 3: 6-9, who take messages of the LORD to ISRAEL, Isa. 14: 1,2 ).

SO THOSE VV. MAKES US UNDERSTAND ----that Holy City, the GREAT CITY of GOD ALMIGHTY, Rev. 1: 8, is HEAVENLY JERUSALEM, where LORD IS WORKING TO MAKE HIS ETERNAL COVENANT, Eze. 16: 60-63.—

It is Not the physical Jerusalem---BUT LORD SPEAKS OF HOLY HEAVENLY JERUSALEM!! ---it is now spiritually called Sodom and Egypt!!!

THE PHYSICAL Jerusalem IS STILL CALLED Jerusalem!

The city of God, the heavenly Jerusalem is spiritually called SODOM, EGYPT!

THESE ARE LORD’S MARVELLOUS COUNSELS! Isa. 9: 6.

(During the time gentiles are treading, Rev. 11: 1,2. Gentile work had shown the wickedness of MINISTRY OF ISRAEL, THE LAST CHURCH FALLEN FOR JUDGMENT, Eze. 16: 39-42, it is PHILADELPHIA CHURCH OF GOD, (PCG). Where God placed a prophet, Eze. 2: 5, 6, now he is no more prophet, Ps. 74: 9, 89: 39, he was made as Pharaoh, Rom. 9; 17, and he is removed for covenant breaking sin, sent to Babylon, Eze. 17: 17-20. LORD took a tender branch and planted in the mountain of the height of Israel, Eze. 17: 22, 23, (that is gentile work, also written in Jer. 24: 5-7).

And, Eze.17: 24 ---- And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it.

(In God’s field of work, we are sometimes trees, beasts, birds, fish, creeping things as locusts, sometimes as horses, lions, WE SEE THE POWER OF THE CREATOR, comparing HIS CREATIONS to other created things!!).

SO THESE GENTILES, (Tender branch, Eze. 17: 22, 23) WHO WERE DRY, HAD BEEN MADE TO FLOURISH! ---(Why were they dry?--when the gentiles were in PCG, they got to hear from PCG!! Unless they get food of God from PCG, they had nothing spiritual to eat! Those days, we used to get old sermon tapes, (even one year back), NO NEW Revelations! After we were disfellowshipped NOTHING!!---! WE WERE DRY!! THAT IS WHY Isa. 56: 2-7 SAYS OF DRY eunuchs, (Isa. 56: 3-- neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree). (LORD BUILT US UP AND PLANTED US, Jer. 24: 5-7) Mt 19:12 ----they have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake.--- Mt 13:52  Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old. (The work of gentiles is from old testament and new testament!)

I HOPE THE READERS COULD UNDERSTAND THE GREAT THINGS LORD HAD DONE FOR THE WORK OF HIS DAY!! Eze. 30; 3 is gentiles times, which is also Mal 3: 1-3. So MINISTERS WHO BROKE COVENANT ARE CORRECTED DURING LORD’S DAY OF WRATH—

The ministry sinned, so they are like Sodom and Egypt!

Isa 1:10 --Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.--- Isa 3:9  The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom,

Isa 13:19 -And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

When leader was made as Pharaoh, Rom. 9: 17, he was as Pharaoh who broke covenant and was sent to Babylon, Eze.17: 17-20. They were scattered in LAND OF CHALDEANS, Babylon, Eze. 12: 13-15—it is prophet who had to lead captives, Eze. 12: 3—15.

Book of Job explains of “day of wrath”----

Job 21: 30 ---- the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath. 32-Yet shall he be brought to the grave,

Job 19: 29--wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword, that ye may know there is a judgment. (Isa. 30: 18--LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for Him).

Job 23: 14--He performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with Him.

15 -Therefore am I troubled at His presence: when I consider, I am afraid of Him.---JOB FEARED GOD, Job knew the powers of God, Job 38—42). 

Job 24: 19-Drought and heat consume the snow waters: so doth the grave those which have sinned. In the above vv. we see that wicked people are brought to grave on the day of wrath, (day of wrath is Rev. 6: 17, Mal 3: 1-3), and punishments of SWORD would come to them. Grave consumes those who sinned, this is why Pharaoh and company are as NATIONS IN GRAVES, Eze. 32.  When we say Pharaoh---Egypt is spoken of!

Understand the powers of God---the creator of graves, who has the key to hell, Rev. 1; 18, who is ALMIGHTY, Rev. 1: 8---created graves for NATIONS, Eze. 32, when HE SCATTERED Pharaoh turned leader and his followers in NATIONS, Eze. 12: 13-15, and PUT THEM IN GRAVES, Eze. 32!!!---

The following words are written about the leader who EXALTED AS “G” God—we had shown that Gerald Flurry of PCG said so!!

Isa. 14: 13 -For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: (North is where they stumbled into, Jer. 46; 6).

14 -I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

15 -Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

2 -And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.

3 -And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, three days’ journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.

BUT THROUGH HIS BLOOD LORD WOULD REDEEM HIS PEOPLE, Zec 9; 11.

LORD’S PURPOSE OF WHOLE EARTH IS TO DESTROY THIS LEADER IN GOD’S CHURCH, Isa. 14: 35, 26!---when that fulfills, Rev. 17: 17, LORD MAKES THE New Covenant with His chosen, Eze. 16: 60-63, to give inheritance through His sacrifice, to called out,  Heb. 9: 15, it is the HOLY SEED He sees through His sacrifice, Isa. 53: 10.

A SUMMARY--

The “GREAT CITY”-----which is spiritually called---SODOM and EGYPT---is the city WHERE LORD WAS CRUCIFIED!

JESUS CHRIST went to Jerusalem to be KILLED----Mt 16:21--From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto His disciples, how that He must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

That means Jerusalem is that great city, Rev. 11: 8—which is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt

ACCORDING TO 1 CO 2: 13---ALL LEADERS SHOULD EXPLAIN PROPHECIES FROM OTHER SCRIPTURES, 2 Pe 1: 19, 20, BECAUSE THE ANSWERS TO MATTERS ARE WRITTEN HERE A LITTLE---THERE A LITTLE, Isa. 28; 10.

IT IS DANGEROUS TO LEARN FROM MEN’S WORDS, AS WE COULD BE PART OF THEIR SINS, 2 Jo 9—11.

Sodom and Egypt are associated with sin. LORD destroyed Sodom for sin, Ge 13:13, and brought ISRAEL out of Egypt, as Pharaoh was keeping ISRAEL as slaves of his, GOD REQUIRES ISRAEL TO SERVE HIM, book of Exodus explains those things. .

Mr 15:28--And the scripture was fulfilled, -- He was numbered with the transgressors.—LORD WAS BEARING SINS OF HIS PEOPLE, ON THE CROSS, He became man for that purpose, Mt 1: 21, to be NUMBERED with TRANSGRESSORS, SO THAT HE COULD FORGIVE THEM AND REDEEM THEM FOR HIMSELF!

SPIRITUALLY, His people were SLAVES OF SIN!

HIS PEOPLE IN HOLY JERUSALEM are SLAVES OF SIN!

Therefore, the GREAT CITY Jerusalem,was CALLED SODOM and EGYPT!

Pro.6: 32—35 say of husband’s jealousy in the day of vengeance, --BUT vengeance belongs to God, Heb 10:30, therefore Pro.6: 32—35 is about LORD’S ACTIONS WHEN COVENANT WAS BROKEN BY Pharaoh TYPE OF A MAN, he was sent to Babylon, Eze. 17: 17-20. The end of Babylon is written in Rev. 18 too. Gentiles were required to take that leader in a parable as ‘King of Babylon”, Isa. 14:3,4. Prophecies fulfill in church, Rom. 9: 4, 6.

SOLDIERS OF JESUS CHRIST ARE NOT TO BE ENTANGLED WITH AFFAIRS OF THIS WORLD ---THEY SHOULD STRIVE LAWFULLY---

2Ti 2:3 -Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

4 -No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please Him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.-- 5  And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.---SO ALL WHO DO NOT HONOUR GOD’S LAWS ARE NOT CROWNED!!

GOD’S LAWS ARE A LIGHT TO US, Pr 6:23, Isa 51:4.

1 Co 2:13 says Holy Spirit teaches comparing spiritual things with spiritual

In the above scriptures we saw LORD compared Jerusalem to Sodom and Egypt.Therefore God’s people should learn to discern spiritually, 1 Co 2: 13. LORD uses many parables.

If one has the mind of Christ, he is a spiritual person, who cannot be judged by any one---1 Co 

2:15-But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

WHEN ONE HAS MIND OF CHRIST, ALL HIS COMMANDMENTS, JUDGMENTS TOO ARE IN that person’s MIND, just as Abraham did----

LORD promised the everlasting covenant to Abraham, if his descendants obey LORD’S JUDGMENTS, Gen. 17: 7, in Gen. 18: 19 we see that LORD knew that Abraham would teach his people to DO JUSTICE---

GOD SAID about Abraham ---Gen. 18: 19-- For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

Therefore---WE SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT LORD’S COVENANT WITH Abraham WOULD CONTINUE-----IF ---Abraham’s DESCENDANTS KEEP THE WAY OF THE LORD, TO DO JUSTICE AND JUDGMENTS!!

TO UNDERSTAND MORE ON THOSE THINGS—please read—

Jer. 4: 21- How long shall I see the standard, and hear the sound of the trumpet?

22 -For My people is foolish, they have not known Me; they are sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

23- I beheld the earth, and, lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light.

24 -I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled, and all the hills moved lightly.

25- I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled.—NO MAN OF THE TYPE GOD REQUIRES TO LEAD HIS PEOPLE---SO HE HAS TO MAKE NEW MEN THROUGH HIS SACRIFICE, Rom. 6: 3-7, TO SERVE HIM IN Righteousness unto Holiness, vv. 19, 22.

26  I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness, and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the LORD, and by His fierce anger.

27- For thus hath the LORD said, The whole land shall be desolate; yet will I not make a full end.

- 28 -For this shall the earth mourn, and the heavens above be black: because I have spoken it, I have purposed it, and will not repent, neither will I turn back from it.

29 -The whole city shall flee for the noise of the horsemen and bowmen; they shall go into thickets, and climb up upon the rocks: every city shall be forsaken, and not a man dwell therein.

(LORD SENDS HIS HORSES, Hab 1: 7-10, and BOWMEN send swords, which are LORD’S WORDS, Eph. 6: 17)

30 -And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life.

31  For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail, and the anguish as of her that bringeth forth her first child, the voice of the daughter of Zion, that bewaileth herself, that spreadeth her hands, saying, Woe is me now! for my soul is wearied because of murderers.—(Murderers are the leaders, they do not allow God’s people to have everlasting Life, which is knowledge of JESUS CHRIST, Jo 17: 3, so that they enter the New Covenant, for which LORD PROVIDES THE ATONEMENT, Eze. 16: 60-63.

Jer. 5: 1-  Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.

2  And though they say, The LORD liveth; surely they swear falsely.

Zec 1: 14-17---

Zec 1: 14- So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.

15 -And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction.

16 -Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: My house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem.

17 -Cry yet, saying, Thus saith the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem.

So we see that GOD’S HOLY CITY WOULD BE CREATED BY THE GREAT MERCIES OF GOD ALMIGHTY.

ALL PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING, GLORY AND HONOUR BE TO GOD ALMIGHTY, THE LAMB JESUS CHRIST WHO FOUGHT TO SAVE JERUSALEM, ZION, FROM LEADERS WHO ERR! AMEN AND AMEN.
