Neh 8:13 -And on the second day were gathered together the chief of the fathers of all the people, the priests, and the Levites, unto Ezra the scribe, even to understand the words of the law.--14 -And they found written in the law which the LORD had commanded by Moses, that the children of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month:

17- And all the congregation of them that were come again out of the captivity made booths, and sat under the booths: for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun unto that day had not the children of Israel done so. And there was very great gladness.

18 -Also day by day, from the first day unto the last day, he read in the book of the law of God. And they kept the feast seven days; and on the eighth day was a solemn assembly, according unto the manner.---(I want to say at this time, that Neh 8: 13, “second day” was not in my mind, but suddenly God’s words led me to write these, and I am amazed to see that today is second day of Feast of Tabernacles!, ALL PRAISE AND HONOUR TO GOD A,LMIGHTY).

14 -And madest known unto them thy holy Sabbath and commandedst them precepts, statutes, and laws, by the hand of Moses thy servant:

ALL WORDS—PRECEPTS---COMMANDMENTS –LAWS ARE GOOD THINGS IN THE COVENANT!

SO THE GOOD SPIRIT of GOD---GAVE WORDS OF INSTRUCTIONS---to do God’s commandments!

During days of Hezekiah people laughed when captives were called back to the land of ISRAEL, but people of some tribes humbled themselves to Jerusalem, 2 Chr 30: 9—11.

THESE DAYS ARE DAYS OF SALVATION, 2 Co 6.

2 Co 6: 1- receive not the grace of God in vain. (GRACE OF GOD SHOWN BY LORD TASTING DEATH, Heb. 2; 9—therefore, we should get the blessings of His death through BAPTIZM UNTO HIS DEATH, Rom. 6: 3-7—believers should prepare themselves for Passover to receive the cup of blessing, Eze. 45: 18-25, through blood of New Testament, 1Co 11:25 (Without blood neither the first testament was dedicated , Heb 9:18, after keeping Ezekiel  temple ordinances, to be accepted, Eze. 43: 18-27. -----

Heb 9:20  Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.—THAT MEANS HIS BLOOD JOINS US TO HIM IN THE New Covenant! BY HIS BLOOD!! IF YOU DO NOT HEAR THESE WORDS, YOU COULD BE OUT OF GOD’S TEMPLE!!!!---REMEMBER HE, THE ALMIGHTY IS POWERFUL TO REMOVE NON-BELIEVERS OR THOSE WHO DO NOT HONOUR COMMANDMENTS OF GOD, Rev. 22; 14, 15!!!---ALSO remember that we had been waiting for JESUS CHRIST all the days of our church life, and do not give up when He is giving Revelations of DAY OF SALVATION, 2 Co 6!

2 Co 6: 2-- in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)—THIS DAY OF SALVATION IS NOT LIKE Nehemiah’s time---BUT THE FINAL CALL FOR THE NEW COVENANT!! Through the BLOOD OF THE NEW TESTAMENT, Mt 26: 28,

14- Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

16- And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17- Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

18- And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

Isa. 29: 24 -They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine. (ISRAEL and even GENTILES who erred would come to understanding!)

Ps 32:9 -Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding,: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

Zec 14: 14—says of Judah fighting against Jerusalem, and about those offerings from nations—IT IS A PLAGUE--15 -And so shall be the plague of the horse, of the mule, of the camel, and of the ass, and of all the beasts that shall be in these tents, as this plague.—THIS IS A PLAGUE OF BEASTS!!!---ACCORDING TO Ps. 32: 9—THE PLAGUE OF BEASTS IS HAVING NO UNDERSTANDING!  SEE BELOW--

Zec 14: 16—says of every one left of nations would come to Feast of Tabernacles-THEN WHAT SHOULD BE DONE BY THOSE WHO COME??---GOD REQUIRES HIS BELIEVERS TO COME TO Feast of Tabernacles WITH UNDERSTANDING!

SO THEY BLESSED HIS GLORIOUS NAME FOR WHAT HE HAD DONE---

Neh 9: 6- Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.

NOW LOOK AT THE FOLLOWING VV. TO SEE HOW GOD HAD BLESSED ISRAEL, AND HOW THOSE WORDS ARE APPLIED TODAY FOR THE New Covenant—Gal 3: 16, 29, 26, 27, tells us how JESUS CHRIST makes a seed for Abraham).

Neh 9: 7 -Thou art the LORD the God, who didst choose Abram, and broughtest him forth out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gavest him the name of Abraham;--(Gen. 17: 5—Changing the name he was blessed to be FATHER OF NATIONS).

8  And foundest his heart faithful before thee, and madest a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it, I say, to his seed, and hast performed thy words; for thou art righteous:--(That was history of ISRAEL).

After some time Abraham died –BUT LORD REMEMBERED HIS COVENANT WITH Abraham, “and hast performed thy words; for thou art righteous” —SEE IN THE FOLLOWING VV.—HOW DID HE PERFORM??

Neh 9; 9-- And didst see the affliction of our fathers in Egypt, and heardest their cry by the Red sea;---ISRAEL people were afraid of Pharaoh! So they cried unto Him---then WHAT DID GOD DO??—TODAY ISRAEL are afflicted, they have famine of the word, Amos 8: 11, because of a Pharaoh type ruler, God had created him, to SHOW GOD’S POWER TO him, Rom. 9: 17, the leader who broke covenant is compared to Pharaoh, Eze. 17: 17-20! The people should cry unto Him, to save them from such rulers!

10 -And shewedst signs and wonders upon Pharaoh, and on all his servants, and on all the people of his land: for thou knewest that they dealt proudly against them. So didst thou get thee a name, as it is this day.---Pharaoh and his servants, horsemen, (Pharaoh and his horses, horsemen, Ex 14:9, Ex 14:23, TODAY LORD COMPARES Jerusalem TO Pharaoh and his horses, So 1:9)

11 -And thou didst divide the sea before them, so that they went through the midst of the sea on the dry land; and their persecutors thou threwest into the deeps, as a stone into the mighty waters.—THE SAME WOULD BE DONE TODAY, Jer. 51: 63, 64.

12 -Moreover thou leddest them in the day by a cloudy pillar; and in the night by a pillar of fire, to give them light in the way wherein they should go.—THE SAME IS REPEATED TODAY, gentiles times CLOUDS, Eze. 30; 3, THEY BRING FIRE, Isa. 27: 11, HIS WORDS ARE FIRE, Jer. 5: 14.

Gal 6: 7- Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.---8-- For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Jo 6: 63--the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.-

Therefore---BE NOT DECEIVED---THE WORDS THAT LORD SPEAK, HIS HOLY SPIRIT----should be heard to EAT EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDETH FROM HIS MOUTH, manna was given to say so, Deut. 8: 3, and HE SAID SO, Lu 4: 4, Mt 4: 4.

Spirit reap life everlasting---therefore SOW TO THE SPIRIT!

And FRUITS OF SPIRIT brings you PEACE—THEY ARE—

Gal 5: 22-- But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23 -Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

24 -And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

25 -If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

When you walk in the SPIRIT, you REAP EVERLASTING LIFE --That is to know your God, Jo 17: 3, if we do not know JESUS CHRIST, the LAMB, how could we be baptized unto His death, TO SERVE HIM IN Righteousness, unto Holiness, Rom. 6; 3-7, 19, 22 when we are born again into the kingdom of God, Jo 3: 3?

Nehemiah makes us understand what happens when you forsake LORD’S COMMANDMENTS--

Neh 1: 5-- And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love Him and observe His commandments: --THOSE WHO LOVE HIM KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS!

6-- Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father’s house have sinned.—TO DAY WE KNOW THAT ISRAEL HAD SINNED GRAVELY breaking the covenant, PCG did it, _{Eze.44: 7, Eze.16: 59,} for they were given the covenant, _{Eze. 16: 8, Isa. 22; 20-24.}

7-- We have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the judgments, which thou commandedst thy servant Moses.---when you break the covenant, you do against God’s laws, commandments, statutes! (In fact LORD gives a debased mind to do bad statutes, Eze. 20: 24, 25).

Neh 1; 8-- Remember, I beseech thee, the word that thou commandedst thy servant Moses, saying, If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations:--

9- But if ye turn unto Me, and keep My commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set My name there.

LOOK AT THE CONDITION---EVEN IF ISRAEL ARE SCATTERED ANYWHERE----HE WOULD BRING THEM BACK IF ISRAEL TURN TO GOD AND KEEP COMMANDMENTS!

And--- Neh 1; 8--If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations---

ISRAEL TRANSGRESED, Dan 9: 11---during present generation, -Eze. 16: 59, Eze. 44: 7, against Lev. 22: 25! SO THEY TRANSGRESSED---PCG DID IT----THEY ARE SCATTERED IN NATIONS!!

THAT IS HOW Abraham WAS BLESSED WITH NATIONS!!!

ISRAEL should be in land of ISRAEL!

BUT NOW THEY ARE SCATTERED IN NATIONS, Eze. 12: 13-15, Eze. 32: 9, that is how ISRAEL became NATIONS that formed of spiritual seed of Abraham! Gen. 17: 5 FULFILLED!

 Now LORD has to bring them back through Baptizm unto His death, to be born again in newness of life, Rom 6: 3-7, which gives HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO HOLINESS, to SERVE HIM AGAIN, , Vs. 19, 22.---THEN THEIR SINS WOULD NOT BE REMEMBERED ANYMORE, Jer. 50; 20.    

WHEN LORD SAVES THEM---THEY BECOME NATIONS WALKING IN THE LIGHT OF JESUS CHRIST, AS SEEN IN---

Re 21:24 -And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

Rev. 21 speaks of New Jerusalem---the saved nations (saved captives), would raise through baptizm unto His death ---see below—

Rom. 6: 3--baptized into His death—

4-- Buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.---like HIS RESURRECTION—we WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE!

5-- For if we have been planted together in the likeness of His death, we shall be also in the likeness of His resurrection:---IMAGINE that we are going THROUGH HIS CROSS, then BE SUREthat you get A SPRINKLING OF HIS BLOOD!

6- Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.----AS WE STEP INTO THE CROSS, HE TAKES OUR SINS FROM US!!----WE ARE FREE OF SIN!----DO NOT SIN AGAIN!!

7 -For he that is dead is freed from sin. PRAISE HIM, WE ARE FREED FROM ALL SINS, NOW WE GET HIS HOLINESS TO SERVE HIM AGAIN—the iniquities done on Sabbaths, or other holy days, do not hold us anymore as sinners! !!---we could serve Him as BORN BY THE FREE WOMAN, Sarah, Gal 4: 30-31.

COL 2: 11-13 too say the same things, we are forgiven through baptizm unto His death,

Col 2: 12- Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

13- And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

14- Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross; THE SINS, Isa. 1; 12-15, that were against sinners, are NAILED TO CROSS!

15- And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.—THE PRINCIPLAITIES ARE THE LEADERS WHO HAD POWER---THEY HAD ERRED, THEY MADE THE CONGREGATION TOO TO ERR---now JESUS CHRIST the LAMB TRIUMPHED OVER THEM!!---

HE IS THE FIRST BORN Col 1:15, 18, Ro 8:29 ---THEREFORE, HE IS ABLE TO MAKE A SEED FOR Abraham, IN Isaac, Gal 3: 16, 29, through His baptizm, Gal 3; 26, 27, a seed for Isaac, Rom. 9: 7-9---THAT IS  NEW ISRAEL TRIBES, He came in Judah to do that, Gen. 49: 8-12—THEREFORE THE TRIBES GET PURIFIED through THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB, Rev. 7: 14-17.

(The tribes were sealed, Rev. 7: 1-8, marked for correction, Hab 1: 12, also the multitude of Ishmael, Rev. 7: 9, go through Great tribulation, and would be purified through the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, Rev. 7: 14-17, they ARE WITH THE LORD TO SERVE HIM FOREVER, Rev. 7: 14-17, Rev. 21: 1-3.

  Col 2; 16 - Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Therefore---WHEN THE LORD PURIFIES HIS PEOPLE---WHEN THEY ARE CLEANSED OF THEIR SINS, no judgment is necessary.

But the law was to teach them as a school master, so they were shown how the LAW SHOULD BE KEPT!  LAW cannot give life---it is ONLY ALMIGHTY COULD GIVE LIFE, JESUS CHRIST, the LAMB, are ALMIGHTY GOD, Rev. 1: 18, 8—(Who lives, who was dead, who lives forevermore).

Ga 3:21 -Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.-- 22  But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

23 -But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.---FAITH   REVEALED   IN LAST TIMES!

24 -Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.---25  But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.—NOW NO SCOOLMASTER---BUT OUT OF FAITH WE KEEP EVERY WORD OF GOD ALMIGHTY, AS JESUS CHRIST HAD INSRUCTED TO KEEP EVERY WORD OF GOD, Deut. 8: 3, Lu 4: 4, Mt 4: 4!

26 -For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.---when we have FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST—WE BELIEVE HIM AND DO WHAT HE SAYS---AND HE SAID--- Joh 14:15  If ye love Me, keep My commandments.

SO ALL WORDS THAT HAS A COMMAND ARE TO BE KEPT BY BELIEVERS!!

27 -For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.—IF YOU PUT ON CHRIST---MEANS YOU BECOME A SEED OF HIS, AS HE SACRIFICED HIMSELF TO SEE A SEED, Isa. 53: 10.

28 -There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.—ALL ISRAEL AND GENTILES LEADERS AND CONGREGATION---COULD BE SAVED WHEN THEY BELIEVE AND BE Baptized unto His death, to be born again in newness of life, Rom 6: 3-7, which gives HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO HOLINESS, to serve Him AGAIN, Vs. 19, 22.  

Ga 2:17- But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

JESUS CHRIST IS NOT A MINISTER OF SIN, therefore we are not to serve sin anymore, Rom. 6: 6, 2 Tim 2: 19.

TO BE PART OF THE COVENANT, Abraham, DID HIS CHARGE AND COMMANDMENTS, LAW, WORDS, Gen. 26: 5

Neh 9: 15  And gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to possess the land which thou hadst sworn to give them. JESUS CHRIST is the spiritual rock that gives spiritual water as drink, 1Co 10:4

Neh 9: 16- But they and our fathers dealt proudly, and hardened their necks, and hearkened not to thy commandments,

17 -And refused to obey, neither were mindful of thy wonders that thou didst among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but thou art a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.

SEE IN HISTORY TOO---they disobeyed God’s commandments—fathers WERE PROUD!!!---THEY FORGOT THE WONDERS GOD DID IN Egypt!—AND WENT BACK TO BONDAGE---

Even today—ISRAEL WENT INTO CAPTIVITY TO BE IN BONDAGE TO SIN, Eze. 12: 13—15, gentiles WENT BACK INTO BONDAGE AS Hagar, Gal 4: 24, 30-----SO WHEN THEY PUT ON CHRIST---

Gal 3: 28 -There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.—ALL ISRAEL AND GENTILES LEADERS AND CONGREGATION---COULD BE SAVED WHEN THEY BELIEVE AND BE Baptized unto His death, to be born again in newness of life, Rom 6: 3-7, which gives HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO HOLINESS, to serve Him AGAIN, Vs. 19, 22.   

Neh 9: 18—25 says how ISRAEL was helped by God.

Neh 9: 26--Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations.

HAS NOT THIS VS. REPEATED??? Present day ISRAEL and Hagarenes joined to Assyrian (Pharaoh is compared to Assyrian, Eze. 31: 1-3), had joined to cut off name of ISRAEL, Ps. 83: 4-8, but JESUS CHRIST WON OVER ALL LEADERS, PRINCIPALITIES, Co 2: 11-15, SO THEY COULD BE SAVED BY HIS BAPTIZM, Rom. 6.

Neh 9: 26---slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn them to thee, and they wrought great provocations---LORD SENT Prophets to testify SO THAT THEY WOULD TURN BACK TO GOD---but the leaders disfellowshipped the true servants of GOD!! this history repeated as PCG and gentile witness 1, did so to those who tried to help them to turn back to God!!

Neh 9: 27-- Therefore thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and in the time of their trouble, when they cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy manifold mercies thou gavest them saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.

28 --But after they had rest, they did evil again before thee: therefore leftest thou them in the hand of their enemies, so that they had the dominion over them: yet when they returned, and cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and many times didst thou deliver them according to thy mercies;

SO THAT IS THE WAY FOR ISRAEL AND GENTILES WHO HAD SIINED---CRY UNTO GOD, THEN HE WOULD HEAR FROM HEAVEN AND DELIVER YOU, HE WOULD GIVE YOU A HEART TO OBEY HIM, PRAISE BE TO GOD ALMIGHTY.

Neh 9: 29—37 too says similar things that happened to ISRAEL, and how they prayed to God, and then they made the covenant—

Neh 9: 38-- because of all this we make a sure covenant, and write it; and our princes, Levites, and priests, seal unto it.

ALL PRAISE AND THANKSGIVING, GLORY AND HONOUR, POWER AND MIGHT BE TO LAMB AND GOD ALMIGHTY, AMEN AND AMEN.
