JOHN THE BAPTIST IN THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH TURNS CHILDREN OF ISRAEL TO THEIR ALMIGHTY

Mal 4: 5 -Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

6 -And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

Zacharias, father of John the Baptist, was a priest, a righteous man, Lu 1: 5, 6, and in their days, the book of Isaiah was available to read, Lu 4:17, so he knew of prophecy of John, “The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight”, Lu 3:4, Isa 40:3-5, was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, . Zacharias the father of John the Baptist prophesied of his son, Lu 1: 17 ---

Lu 1: 17-And he shall go before Him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.—So John was to walk in the power of Elijah.

Lu 1: 13-the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

14-And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.

15-For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.

16-And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.

Lu 1; 67-And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Ghost, and prophesied, saying,

68-Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for He hath visited and redeemed His people, (This is Isa. 63: 13—FATHER IS REDEEMER—FATHER became as SON OF ALMIGHTY and REDEEMED as LAMB, Isa. 63: 16, Gal 4: 4, 5, Rev. 7: 14-17). 

76-And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways;--77-To give knowledge of salvation unto His people by the remission of their sins,--SO John the Baptist was to give KNOWLEDGE OF SALVATION TO ISRAEL CHOSEN OF ALMIGHTY!

78-Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,--DAY SPRING IS DAY STAR who gives LIGHT--

79-To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel.

So John the Baptist was prophesied to be as Elijah of Mal 4: 5, 6.

JOHN THE BAPTIST KNEW OF WHAT HIS FATHER SAID ABOUT HIM, for his father would have told him all of those things the father prophesied in Lu 1.

ELIJAH TURNED CHILDREN OF ISRAEL TO THE LORD THEIR ALMIGHTY--

1 Ki 18: 31 --And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the LORD came, saying, Israel shall be thy name

39 --And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, He is the God; the LORD, He is the God.

ELIJAH PROVED THAT THERE IS ONE ALMIGHTY ---through the ALTAR he made with the TWELVE STONES that represented twelve tribes of ISRAEL--

1Ki 18:27 -And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked.-- 31  And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the LORD came, saying, Israel shall be thy name:

32  And with the stones he built an altar in the name of the LORD: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed.

33  And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood.

34  And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time.

35  And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water.\

36  And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.

37  Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou art the LORD God, and that thou hast turned their heart back again.

38  Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.

39 --And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, He is the God; the LORD, He is the God.

JOHN THE BAPTIST PROVED THAT THERE IS ONE ALMIGHTY—

Jo 1: 6 -There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7 -The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through Him might believe.

8- He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

9 -That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

Just as John taught MESSIAH WAS THE TRUE LIGHT, he proved MESSIAH AS LAMB—Jo 1: 29--and LAMB is Redeemer, Eph. 1: 7, Rev. 7: 14-17. And as Isa. 63: 13 says Father is Redeemer, --MESSIAH IS ALSO FATHER ALMIGHTY!

Jo 1: 23-- He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.

So he prepared the way for MESSIAH, just as prophesied of him, Isa. 40: 3-5! He knew Isa. 63: 13, which says FATHER IS REDEEMER! They read book of Isaiah, Lu 4:17, and knew Isa. 63: 16!---John knew of LAMB the REDEEMER, and knew that FATHER IS REDEEMER---so he knew of the ONE TRUE ALMIGHTY of ISRAEL!!

Jo 1: 29— The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

30— This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.—

Joh 1:33  And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.

Mr 1:8 -I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost

H.W.Armstrong did not KNOW  CROSS OF LAMB, to prepare people for baptizm of MESSIAH, but John said MESSIAH is PREFERRED BEFORE JOHN!!—H.W.Armstrong taught of John’s baptizm, therefore people would not get Righteousness to serve ALMIGHTY—for Baptizm unto His death, to be born again in newness of life, Rom 6: 2-11, gives HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS UNTO HOLINESS, to serve Him, Vs. 19, 22, forgiving sins, Eph. 1; 7. .  

ALMIGHTY Father and MESSIAH the Son are ONE, Rev. 1: 18, 8, Isa. 54: 5, Isa. 9: 6, Made as a Son, Heb. 7: 1-3, Zec 14: 9, Jo 10: 18, Rev. 21: 22-23. 

FATHER became as SON OF ALMIGHTY and REDEEMED as LAMB, Isa. 63: 16, Gal 4: 4, 5, Rev. 7: 14-17.Zec 14: 9-- And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

H.W.Armstrong did not FIND THE WORK OF THE LAMB—he taught of TWO GODS!!—H.W.Armstrong DID NOT EXALT THE CROSS OF MESSIAH –THAT IS he DESPISED THE WORD WHO IS ALMIGHTY!!! Jo 1: 1--Word was Almighty, LAMB was ALMIGHTY, the LIGHT, Rev. 21; 22,2 3,.---that is the LIGHT COUNSELLED IN Gen. 1; 3-5. H.W.Armstrong DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE WORK OF THE MESSIAH ON HIS CROSS which was the sacrifice TO SAVE HIS PEOPLE through HIS GRACE -----that GRACE is TASTING DEATH for EVERYONE, Heb. 2;:9.

Jo 8; 12 proves that MESSIAH was the LIGHT THAT GIVES LIGHT OF LIFE TO ALL –

Jo 8: 12--Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Jo 12: 46- I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

Gen. 1: 2-5 says of MESSIAH was counselled to be THAT LIGHT---

When ISRAEL is called IN A COVENANT EVERLASTING, Acts 3: 25, PEOPLE SHOULD BE LIVING, NOT DEAD TO SIN, Rom. 6: 2. --Jacob’s trouble is not a SMALL ONE--, Jer 30:7 -Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. ISRAEL is dead because of sin, Dan 9; 11, MESSIAH came and died to save them, Mt 1: 21. He gives new life to them through His baptizm, Rom. 6. SO HIS CROSS WHERE HE DIED SERVES MANY A PURPOSE TO GIVE LIFE IN THE COVENANT!

Otherwise ISRAEL would end in this generation, because leaders had been childless, true worshippers are not present now among ISRAEL!—as gentiles hear, Acts 28: 28, and believe in MESSIAH, Rom. 15: 12, MESSIAH made these gentiles to SERVE HIS BANNER TO SAVE ISRAEL OUT CASTS, in a second exodus, Isa. 11: 9-12, comparing ruins of Jerusalem as sea, La. 2: 13.

Gen. 1: 3 -And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 -And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5 -And God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Read in this article that the LIGHT ORDAINED IN Gen. 1: 1-4 IS DAY STAR, MESSIAH !

And we are to be IN HIS LIGHT—

1Th 5:5 --Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness--Joh 8:12 -Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world- Joh 12:46- I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on Me should not abide in darkness.

Just as 1 Pe 1: 19-20 SAYS, MESSIAH WAS ORDAINED BEFORE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, Gen. 1: 1-4, AND THEN HE CREATED THE WORLD, HEAVENS, SEAS, and ALL THAT THEREIN!

Gen. 1:14 - And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night;-16 -And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night:--17 -And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

19 -And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

THESE WRITINGS prove 1 Pe 1: 19-20 which says LAMB WAS ORDAINED before FOUNDATIONS OF THE WORLD!

THEREFORE THE MARVELLOUS LIGHT, THE DAY STAR MESSIAH CREATED OTHER LIGHTS –AND ALL THINGS IN HIS WORLD, after HE WAS ORDAINED ON DAY ONE!

JOHN PREACHED TO ISRAEL SAYING THAT HE EXALTS BAPTIZM OF MESSIAH –

THAT WAS EXALTING Rom. 6, GAL 3: 26-29, BECAUSE ALL SINNERS AMONGST ISRAEL OR ALL FLESH WOULD BE TURNED TO ALMIGHTY AS SONS OF ALMIGHTY, AND SONS OF ABRAHAM, (Gal 3: 29- And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise).-This is proving-- Mal 4: 6 -And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers,

SO JOHN FULFILLED THE COURSE OF HIS RESPONSIBILITY AS HIS FATHER PROPHESIED IN Lu. 1.

John said—(The words are self explanatory)--

Jo 1: 29— The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

30— This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me.—LAMB of ALMIGHTY is preferred before any!!---HE WAS FROM ETERNITY, Heb. 7: 1-3.

31- And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water.—JUST AS ELIJAH’S WORK FOR ISRAEL TO KNOW THEIR ALMIGHTY, JOHN SAID THAT MESSIAH should be MADE MANIFEST TO ISRAEL!

32-- And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. JOHN was a man sent from ALMIGHTY, Jo 1: 6, Zacharias the father of John the Baptist prophesied of his son ---Lu 1: 17

33-- And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. JOHN was a man sent from ALMIGHTY, Jo 1: 6—so ALMIGHTY had told John! So John was given a sign to RECOGNIZE SON OF ALMIGHTY—AS LAMB OF ALMIGHTY--34-- And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.

Jo 1: 35-- Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;

36--- And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!

37--- And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus.

So those TWO DISCIPLES IMMEDIATELY KNEW THEIR MESSIAH, THE SAVIOUR OF ISRAEL!!

People ought to believe WORD OF ALMIGHTY WRITTEN IN THE VLOUME OF HIS BOOK!! Men’s books DECEIVE and do not make you UNDERSTAND OUR ONE TRUE ALMIGHTY!

Therefore, believe the TRUE SCRIPTURES OF THE ONE TRUE ALMIGHTY!
