SEEKING EVERLASTING THINGS PART 1

From this article one would understand how the LORD does His short work to bring in everlasting things. Everlasting gospel concerns the Kingdom of JESUS CHRIST –how He would become KING of kings, how He should be worshipped, how He would prepare a ministry of silver and gold to serve Him forever, how He would give eternal inheritance to ISRAEL His people, how he would make eternal covenants He had promised to the ancestors of ISRAEL, how the descendants of ISRAEL will come forever, how ISRAEL would be His people forever and HE BE THEIR GOD FOREVER, new heavens and new earth,  New Jerusalem, and other things that concern His everlasting things.   

THINGS OF JESUS CHRIST ARE NUMEROUS ACCORDING TO THE WORD, AND THAT IS WHY THE WORD SAYS THAT THE WORD IS MAGNIFIED ABOVE ALL HIS NAME,

Ps. 138: 2--for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

AND THOSE WORDS WILL COME TO PASS--

Ec 8:4  Where the word of a king is, there is power:

Eze 12:25  For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass;---Isa 42:9  Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

Article on “THE STONES OF ALTAR MADE AS CHALKSTONES TO BE REDEEMED WITH GOD’S BLOOD!” –explained that God the Father, who is JESUS CHRIST, Isa 9: 6, Isa 54: 5, sacrificed Himself to save ISRAEL and people who would believe Him, and His sacrifice is to make them holy, without sin, so that they serve Him in Righteousness, Rom 6: 18.

BECAUSE THE ISRAEL CHOSEN , ROM 9: 4,6 (those to whom the God’s service and covenants belong), WERE NOT MADE RIGHTEOUS ACCORDING TO THE LAW, JESUS CHRIST  HIMSELF GIVES THEM LIFE THROUGH HIS SACRIFCE, THROUGH HIS MERCY.  HE MADE THE Levites AS POWDER ,TO REMOLD THEM TO BE PILLARS OF THE TEMPLE HE MADE.

Purpose of the law IS TO KNOW HOW ONE COULD SIN, Gal 3.19, BUT LIFE CANNOT BE GIVEN THROUGH LAW VS. 21. 

THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST MAKES THE ETERNAL COVENANT POSSIBLE!

BAPTISM INTO HIS NAME WOULD ENABLE TO BE COUNTED AS HIS, AND THEY ARE TO DEPART FROM INIQUITY, 2 TIM 2: 19.  Baptism into His death, Rom 6: 3 enables us to be freed from sin and we become new men, Rom 6: 4-5, at baptism into His death, we get His blood sprinkled on us, Heb 12:24, 1Pe 1:2, and that blood is the blood of the new covenant, Heb 12:24, even the captives are released because of this blood of the covenant, Zec 9:11, to make the new covenant, Eze. 16: 60-63, we should not disgrace the blood of the covenant given through His grace, Heb 10:29.

Shedding His blood of the covenant, He was eager to see a holy seed, Isa 53: 10, to make this new covenant.

(LORD did not baptize any earlier, Jn 4: 2, none had got the baptism of JESUS CHRIST as said in Rom 6: 3-5, therefore when we remember His death (at Passover, 1Co 11:25), we should understand what blessings we get through the “cup of blessing”, 1Co 10:16 (please read the article, “the cup of blessing”).

It is the blood that redeems, Re 5:9, sanctifies, Heb 13:12, preserves us for His kingdom, 1Th 5:23. When a holy seed is thus made through His sacrifice, generations of ISRAEL would be possible, Isa 59: 20, 21, Abraham’s covenant with God , Ge 17:9-14 could be made ({circumcision as a sign}, but it is circumcision of the heart, in the Spirit, Ro 2:29, circumcision is nothing,but keeping commandments of God, 1Co 7:19), the heart should be right with God.

Therefore Abraham’s seed should be spiritual Jews who honor God’s commandments,

They would make the new eternal covenant—Isa 59: 21, Eze. 16: 60-63.

ISRAEL IS BLIND IN PART, ROM 11: 25,26, BUT THE LORD DELIVERS THEM FROM SIN, ROM 11: 26,27—WHEN THEY CRY UNTO HIM, Hos 14: 1,2

Isa 59: 20  And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.

21  As for me, this is My covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and My words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.

The LORD establishes ISRAEL for ever, will not cut them off, Jer 31: 36,37, they are to be a home of justice, Jer 31: 23, and a new covenant would be made with them, Jer 31; 31, 33, 34---Eze. 16: 60-63.

ISRAEL WOULD KNOW THE WORDS OF THE LORD FOREVER, TO DO THEM AND TO ABIDE IN HIS WORDS, Joh 8:31.

SPIRITUAL Jews SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH THE LORD

Paul preached to charge the rich Laodecians (those who are rich, Re 3: 17), who wait with the hope of LORD’s coming—

1 Tim 6: 14- until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:--- 17  Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God,--- 18  That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;--- 19---that they may lay hold on eternal life.

Notice----willing to COMMUNICATE—that they may hold on ETERNAL LIFE!

IT IS A DANGEROUS THING IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COMMUNICATE!---YOU MAY LOSE ETERNAL LIFE!

All what you had done in church-life could be in VAIN!

In the first place, PCG LEADERS SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH THE LORD, CRY UNTO JESUS CHRIST TO SAY THEY ARE GUILTY OF Eze. 44: 7, Eze. 16: 15, RE 17: 5, AND OTHER WICKEDNESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR OWN WAYS, Eze 36:32--- REPENT BEFORE HIM, Jer 3: 13!  THE LORD IS LONGSUFFERING TO HEAR THEIR CRY (Ho 5:15  I will go and return to My place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek My face: in their affliction they will seek Me early.)—

Hos 14: 1 -O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.--2  Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously:

ALL WHO HOPE IN ETERNAL LIFE IN CHRIST, SHOULD SEEK HIS MERCY—WE ARE TO SEEK HIS FORGIVENESS, FOR ALL HAVE SINNED, Jer 33:8, La 1:8, Eze 18:24, Eze 37:23, Da 9:11, Ro 3:23  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Ro 5:12, --Eze 18:24  But when the righteous turneth away from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, and doeth according to all the abominations that the wicked man doeth, shall he live? All his righteousness that he hath done shall not be mentioned: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.

WORD OF GOD CONDEMNS ALL AS SINNERS, AND THEREFORE WE SHOULD SEEK HIS MERCY FOR FORGIVENESS, TO BE CLEANSED OF ALL INIQUITY SO THAT WE COULD DEPART FROM SIN , 2 Tim 2: 19, TO WALK IN NEWNESS IN LIFE, TO SERVE HIM AND GET THE PROPMISED BLESSINGS FOR Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob .

LEVI SHALL BE FREED FROM INIQUITIES COMMITTED UNDER LAW—

Ro 7:6  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

MALACHI PURIFICATION IS FOR Levi, THE MINISTRY TO BE PURIFIED TO SERVE JESUS CHRIST . THE LORD REQUIRES Levi TO SERVE HIM IN Righteousness.

Zec 14:20  In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD;-- 21  Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of hosts: ---LORD’S PLEASURE OF A PURIFIED LEVI WOULD BE THE RESULT OF HIS SHORT WORK, ROM 9; 28. THROUGH THEM HOLY GENERATIONS WOULD RESULT!

PAUL OBTAINED LORD’S MERCY LIKE WISE –

1 Tim 1:  15---Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. ----16-- for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on Him to life everlasting.--------That is a pattern for all who seek everlasting life!

Paul realised that JESUS CHRIST was longsuffering for Paul---HE IS LONGSUFFERING FOR ALL ISRAEL TO SEEK HIS MERCY!

When leaders initiate repentance towards God, all will follow!

HERE ARE SOME VSS. WHICH TEACH US THAT JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR OUR SINS AND THAT WE SHALL BE SAVED BY HIS LIFE--Joh 3:36  --Mt 1:21- Mt 20:28 -- Lu 5:32  --Ro 5:8-10  -Heb 7:25  -1Jo 3:5  And ye know that He was manifested to take away our sins; and in Him is no sin.—Rom 11: 27- For this is My covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins (of ISRAEL, vs. 26).

God Himself was MADE LIKE UNTO A SON OF GOD, Heb 7: 3, and HE HAD POWER TO TAKE HIS LIFE BACK, JN 10: 18---that’s how God sacrificed Himself!

Article on “AFTER LAODECIAN ERA” — explained that JESUS CHRIST took over the church, leading the gentiles, Eze. 30: 3, Re 11: 2,  to do the work after Laodecean era. We should know that Laodecean era has a time period just as the other eras. It ended  and the LORD’s day came when He had to purify the Levi, Mal 3: 1-3,  that time being the gentiles’ times, Eze. 30: 3, the prophet who was placed in PCG, Eze. 2: 5, 33:33, had not guarded the temple, and had allowed strangers to come into altar, Ez 44: 7, Jer 51: 51, AND THE LORD made this prophet, “no more” a prophet, Ps. 74: 9, he was sent to captivity, Eze. 12: 1-7 (vs. 7 says how the son of man {prophet of Eze. 2: 5} went into captivity, ) in vs. 6, he is a sign to house of ISRAEL, {the collective term for ministry}, therefore he is a sign to ministry, vs. 11 says the “son of man” is a sign to ministry for them to follow INTO CAPTIVITY, and in vs. 15 they all go to nations as captives! These nations are not having the names we know, Eze. 32; 9, and when the captivity is over after the LORD gives them knowledge through His spirit, they return from nations, Ez 39: 28,29.

Lawless one, the prophet who DID NOT HONOUR GOD’S Judgments, was thus revealed, and in their days, the LORD would perform His work--Jer 16:9--Eze 12:25-Hab 1:5-IN HIS WORK, THE LORD WOULD BLESS ISRAEL AFTER Judgment . When the fallen prophet goes into nations, he becomes “a man of cities”, Jer 20: 16, he becomes the Assyrian in God’s land, Isa 14: 25-26, the rod of anger of the LORD is this man, Isa 10:5, he leads the captives as Egyptians and Ethiopians,  Isa 20:4, Eze. 12: 15, but the LORD works among them to save them, Isa 19:24, 25, then they would return to worship JESUS CHRIST , Isa 27:13, PCG which is compared to Ephraim, goes to Egypt, Assyria, Ho 7:11, to eat unclean things, Ho 9:3, but LORD would bring them back, Ho 11:11, Zec 10:10.—they are cleansed through Judgment and fire, Isa 4:4, and brought back to ZION through blood of the covenant, Zec 9:11.

(Judgment was done through gentiles, Eze. 16: 40-42, Re 11: 2, Ez 30: 3,9).

This Assyrian is the Pharaoh the LORD created to make Himself known AS GOD ALMIGHTY TO ALL THE WORLD, ROM 9: 17. Assyrian—Pharaoh –cedar is the same person—Eze. 31: 2,3—and the LORD’s purpose is to humble him, Isa 14: 25,26.

(right now this Assyrian is exalting H.W.Armstrong, he says “he is right” referring to lies of H.W.Armstrong!).

LORD’S EVERLASTING KINGDOM OF PEACE WOULD BE SET UP DURING THIS TIME-

• Dan 2: 44- 44  And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed:
• JESUS CHRIST sets up His peaceful government which will be forever—Isa 9: 6,7.
• Ps 72:11  Yea, all kings shall fall down before Him: all nations shall serve  Him. (all nations {the ministry, Mal 3; 3}, which drank the cup of fury, Jer 25, would be cleansed to serve Him).
• Da 7: 13--one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days,-- 14  And there was given Him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve Him: His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. (came in clouds to purify Levi to serve Him, Mal 3: 3, as they were sent to nations, Eze. 12: 15 sent by God, Eze.  39: 28,—He came in clouds Ez 30: 3, thus gentiles serve Him in His short work!)
• Lu 1:32  He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest:--- 33  And He shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of His kingdom there shall be no end.
• Ps 45:6 - Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.
• Heb 1:8  But unto the Son He saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of Thy kingdom.

AND DAVID’S SONS, Levites THE PRIESTS OF THE LORD WILL SERVE THE LORD FOREVER TO RULE ISRAEL

• Ps 89:35  Once have I sworn by My holiness that I will not lie unto David.--36  His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before Me.
• Jer 33:20  Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break My covenant of the day, and My covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;---21--Then may also My covenant be broken with David My servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, My ministers.
• 25--Thus saith the LORD; If My covenant be not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;--26  Then will I cast away the seed of Jacob, and David My servant, so that I will not take any of his seed to be rulers over the seed of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

TO SERVE HIM FOREVER, WE ARE TO EAT OF THE LIVING BREAD--

HEB 12 .28--Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

ROM 6 .22--But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

JN 6: 51-  I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever:

THOSE WHO EAT OF THE LIVING BREAD WILL MAKE THE PERPETUAL COVENANT-

Jer 50:5  They shall ask the way to Zion with their faces thitherward, saying, Come, and let us join ourselves to the LORD in a perpetual covenant that shall not be forgotten.

AFTER JESUS CHRIST’S TIME WE SHOULD PRESS INTO THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS CHRIST –THESE ARE THE NEW TESTAMENT TEACHINGS!

-Lu 16:16  The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.--

Mt 4:23  -Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom,

EVERY MAN PRESSETH INTO KINGDOM OF JESUS CHRIST Lu 16:16

Ro 11:36  For of Him, and through Him, and to Him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Col 1:16  For by Him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible,

Heb 2:8  Thou hast put all things in subjection under His feet

Heb 2:10  For it became Him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

Heb 2:17  Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be made like unto His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

HE IS THE CAPTAIN, THE HEAD OF CHURCH, WHO BRINGS ABOUT SALVATION TO HIS PEOPLE AS WAS PROPHESIED OF HIM AT HIS BIRTH, HE WILL MAKE ALL THINGS PERFECT THROUGH SUFFERINGS, ---

HE WOULD WORK AS A FAITHFUL HIGH PRIEST GIVING DILIGENCE TO THINGS PERTAINING TO GOD, (He would honour SANCTUARY laws!---He would make atonement, supplications too, being merciful, Ez 16: 63, Jer 31:9, Zec 12: 10).

AS THE CAPTAIN HE SUFFERED, and similarly all who follow JESUS CHRIST have to suffer too,2Ti 3:12, Mt 5:10, Mt 5:11, Mt 5:12,

Mt 10:22  And ye shall be hated of all men for My name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Mt 10:24  The disciple is not above his Master, nor the servant above his LORD.—THEN DO NOT HONOUR MEN AS LEADER OF PEOPLE, THE HEAD IS THE LORD, JESUS CHRIST!—we cannot form one-man governments in God’s church—the LORD is the HEAD!

SIN REMOVED FROM US THROUGH HIS SACRIFICE—

Ro 6:6  knowing this, that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin. Ro 6:16--22 

Old man crucified, for body of sin to be destroyed—

Gal 5: 24- they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

Ro 6: 22: But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.

When our sins are done away by the CROSS, our FRUIT SHOULD BE LEADING TO HOLINESS!

That is how we become HOLY –WHEN WE ARE OBEDIENT TO HAVE OUR FRUIT TO HOLINESS, we fulfill 1 Pe 1:15-16—

1Pe 1:15  but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct,--16  because it is written, "Be holy, for I am holy."

THEN WE BECOME HOLY TO SERVE HIM, THROUGH THE CROSS!

And we are able to serve the LORD forever--

LUK 1: 31 - 33  And He shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of His kingdom there shall be no end.

PAUL WAS NOT TO BAPTIZE, BUT TO PREACH LORD’S CROSS BECAUSE ALL WHAT HAPPENED THROUGH HIS CROSS HELPS US TO BE SAVED FOR ETERNITY--

1 Co 1: 17- For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

Paul was commissioned by LORD, to EMPHASIZE the LORD’s CROSS!

18  For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

19  For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

THE CROSS IS THE POWER OF GOD TO US WHO ARE SAVED (Eph 2: 1,1 3)---and the teachings of PCG is NOTHING OF THAT SORT!—PCG has to learn from Paul!

1 Co 2: 2  For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.--1 Co 1: 23  But we preach Christ crucified, ----24- Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

PCG leader says of H.W.Armstrong-- “he is right”-- but Armstrong said NOT TO  HIGHLIGHT CROSS, SAYING IT IS A METHOD OF  KILLING!  H.W.Armstrong did not consider 1 Co 1: 17-18,--1 Co 2: 2—1 Co 1: 23-24! H.W.Armstrong did not honor JESUS CHRIST! we should seek all eternal benefits through Christ’s cross!

Promise of eternal inheritance, IS ONLY POSSIBLE WITH THE MEDIATOR, JESUS CHRIST, THROUGH THE PRECIOUS BLOOD HE SHED ON THE CROSS! Heb 9: 15.

PROMISE TO Abraham COMES TO THOSE WHO ARE BAPTIZED INTO CHRIST!

Gal 3: 26  For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27  For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28  - for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.--29  And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Therefore the promise to Abraham would come to all believers, TO THOSE WHO GET BAPTIZED INTO JESUS CHRIST!.

AND BAPTISM OF JESUS CHRIST IS BAPTISM INTO HIS DEATH, ROM 6: 3-5.

PAUL WAS NOT BAPTISING, 1 Co 1: 17- —THIS BAPTISM HAS TO BE TAKEN BY ISRAEL--- TO BE HIS, TO GET ALL ETERNAL BENEFITS!
